Wendy's — Restaurant in Hapeville

Heeeeeey Fam. This is a joke but a true story. Eye 👁've gone to this Wendy's in Hapeville several times when 👁'm in the area. There's this one cashier. Every time I order a kids' meal, the cashier revs it up to a combo something else. Someone may ask, why not make the corrections before you get to the first window to pay? Because it's not showing up incorrectly on the screen. I'm glad you asked😘. So 👁get to the window the person quotes the price 🤔. Eye, say, how does it go from one price on the screen to this price? And no, they don't have two drive-through lanes like the other. 🤪. The cashier means mugs 🍺 me and closes the drive-through window to go and get it corrected. No telling what the cashier is telling the Suprv. So this time around, eye made sure I was on the phone with someone. So when it happens 🤔this time around, the cashier 🍺mugs me again, closes the window, or maybe it auto closes. So 👁get to the second window to get my purchase and 👁explain that it seems everytime 👁place and order, it goes from one price to another. Meanwhile, my family member says 👁 heard her/me say 😳kids meal😁. So, the humor was my family says 👁heard her/me say kids meal.🥰. So the other cashier says, "Oh, don't worry, eye will take care of this." Family, just be careful and make sure you are not, you know... and eye tried my best not to mention gender. That was a bit much. But eye did not want to mention that. Peace. Like my "Old Folks would say, stomach full"!🤪👍💨. Pssssss. This is a recent update. Do not eat here. I got home with my order. Even though I had asked for extra dressing and pecans twice before I drove off and was assured they were in my bag, they were not. I drove all the way back to the Restraunt. I went inside there was no one working in the front. When a lady finally strolled up the man in front of me had to get her attention. He was asking her for his order telling her he had to go back to work. I had not been as mad when I walked in but when she ignored me I thought I was going to jump over the counter. I am not an angry person, normally. When I told her what I wanted she asked me if I had a receipt, let me repeat that, she asked me if I had my receipt!!!!! Then she wanted to know why I was being, that way. I did not get a receipt, it was probably with my pecans & dressing. She then walked off & started helping people at the drivethru. I realized at this point I could either jump over the counter or I could be the civilized person I am and leave. I got in my car drove around to the drive thru to get the number to call & complain off the little label. I never got my dressing or pecans. I stopped on the way home. When I called the 800 # I got a very nice young man that said he was sure someone would call me right back to make things right. That was yesterday No one has called. DO NOT GO TO THIS...

They had one guy let inside who was standing outside smoking while I was approaching the place, but had both entrance doors locked when I tried to get in. I could see the other guy receiving his order and walking towards condiments desk. I tried to get their attention by knocking on yge door and waving but was ignored. So, that guy came out and asked him if they had just closed but he said they were open. Then, I went back to the door but it's still locked on me. Then, I knew they were doing that on purpose and was certain they had profiled me for something. Maybe they thought I was there to rob them, but that's, I have to say, not only rediculous but also laughable, because I'm a foreigner driving a commercial vehicle very conspicuously marked and it's unimaginable to expect anything of me. They're completely insane and will never come to this location ever. Oh, I've reported them to their corporate customer service department.
