Outstanding Service and Incredible Food – Always Our Go-To Spot!
Willy’s Mexicana Grill near the airport is hands-down one of our favorite places to eat! The food is always fresh and delicious, but what really sets this location apart is the amazing staff and top-notch service.
On our most recent visit, the team went above and beyond – they even made fresh tofu just for us! Manager Debra personally made sure our meal exceeded expectations. She was not only attentive but also warm and funny – we left with full bellies and big smiles thanks to her.
Marcus always greets us with the friendliest smile every time we come in – it’s the kind of genuine hospitality that keeps us coming back. C.J. and the rest of the team are just as fantastic – everyone works together to make sure you have a great experience.
Lines are rarely long, and even when they are, they move quickly and efficiently. The restaurant is always spotless – clean floors, tables, and bathrooms. There's plenty of free parking in the lot, and it's super convenient being so close to the airport.
Bonus: there’s a Howlin’ Chicken spot inside too if you’re in the mood to mix it up!
Between the consistently amazing food, clean and welcoming environment, and outstanding customer service, this Willy’s location never fails to exceed our expectations. Highly...
Read moreI frequent this place at least once a month because it's close to my job. I had a bad experience today. I went around 1:30, got my usual, frito burrito bowl with black beans and adobe chicken, to go. Got back to work and the beans were hard, they may have cooked them for 30-45 mins, just long enough for the water to turn black and fool you. I called the store, spoke with Mgr (Juan), he asks me if Im sure the beans were hard. (Why would I call if they weren't?) I told him to go taste for himself, he states they weren't hard to him but I could bring my order back and he would make me something else. I took the bowl back, asked for him and showed him the raw beans. He states I dont know why yours are not done but the ones on the line are done. No apology or anything. They lady ask me to come bak over and she will remake my order. I did get the same thing, this time no beans. 😝 There was a lady in line in front of me, who apparently had just eaten but was ordering something to go, she told the server.. "Ya'll beans are crunchy!" The server says yes, they are not done. Why the heck are they still on the line. No, they didnt offer me anything for my trouble of having to drive back over there. Today, they...
Read moreI used to frequent this place consistently, proudly labeling it as my favorite Willys location in Atlanta. However, my recent experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied.
During my most recent visit, I encountered a series of issues that dampened my usual enjoyment. The black beans, a staple of my orders, were swimming in foamy water. New brown beans were added to the tray, the old ones were left unchanged – a clear violation of basic food safety practices. Patience was tested as I waited for my server to locate pans.
The service breakdown continued as I patiently waited for my nachos. Another customer had to intervene and request a cashier due to a lack of attention. Even when my order was finally ready, my server appeared disinterested, adding to my frustration. The payment process became a final straw – despite a completed transaction notification, the cashier insisted on an additional payment.
Feeling thoroughly unsatisfied and frustrated, I made the decision to leave my food behind. After being a loyal customer for the past six years, I’m left with a strong sense of disappointment and doubt that I’ll be returning to...
