Never again will we order anything from this store. This is not due to a customer service experience, which is usually acceptable, but rather it is due to the total carelessness of their drivers. At 6:40 this evening I was attempting to exit the rear parking lot of the strip mall in which Domino's is located and witnessed one of their drivers take a hard, fast right entering the oncoming lane of traffic, in which my family and I were traveling; that's to say my preteen daughter, my wife, and myself. The other drove through a parking lot intersection in front of my car, turned hard left into my lane which again resulted in a Domino's Pizza car driving right at the front of my family car, finally correcting back to his lane. These incidents took place within close seconds of each other.
In addition to the two aforementioned displays of total reckless disregard and apathy toward the safety of a family who were minding their own business and driving defensively, I often see these Domino's cars ripping through the parking lot of our apartment complex as well as double parking whilst they walk aimlessly attempting to find a given address. I understand that you have customers that want their orders in a timely fashion, but you irresponsible, would-be vehicular homicide committing jerks may need to spend a few more bucks on drivers or simply prepare your remaining customers for a longer wait.
Not only have you idiots lost a customer for life, but I'm going to purchase a dash-cam tomorrow and will be making a concerted effort to expose the poor and reckless driving habits of your employees, not only publicly, but I will send videos to your corporate officials as well. Your lack of grey matter is no excuse for a deadly...
Read moreDONT USE PAYPAL. I love dominos. I love the pizza, it’s always great. But only 3 stars because i placed an order on the app and paid with PayPal. It went through and charged my card $35 but didn’t place the order on dominos side. So i called them and told them what had happened. The girl didn’t know what to do and was talking to someone else. She then placed me on hold without telling me, i could hear them all laughing at one point and then Marcus got on and asked “how can i help you?” So i explained my situation all over again and he told me i needed to contact PayPal because that’s a new thing their app has (which isn’t true, it’s definitely been over a year they have had that capability) and that they can’t do anything for me. He said i need to place my order again because they didn’t get anything on their end and when i asked if it would charge me a second time he said he didn’t know. I understand PayPal is a third party, but you are partnering with them to have your customers have an easier check out experience. It’s not new so that was an excuse he thought he could try. So i ordered again and contacted PayPal a for them to say i can’t dispute this kind of charge for whatever reason. Now i just paid $60 for 1 pizza and some wings from dominos! Also! All of your drivers should have tracking...
Read moreI paid 25 for a large pizza Brooklyn style. My call was received by a smart mouth who kept repeating my order wrong intentionally hiding behind " I can't hear you " I acted oblivious and kept repeating my self then he would repeat what I said but always said something off. For example I said my address 1654 and he would say 2254 ?
I've worked retail and know when someone is being passive aggressive and acting stupid while at the same time maintaining a tone of voice that suggests one is trying to help the customer. Its all in WHAT they are saying, not their tone. Their tone suggests helpfulness but their passive aggressive purposeful mistakes is what they use to piss a customer off.
I know it was not my phone and even if it was lets discuss pizza quality.
First off any time you get those DEAL of a life time PIZZA's you can count on very low topping, just enough to get a mouthful per pizza slice . Well that's how I felt about a specialty pizza I paid 25 dollars for. It was a special. It provided 6 thing slices with the toppings of a small pizza.
For 25 dollars I could have purchased a quality pizza from Roundtable or Garlic Jims.... Alas I learned my lesson. I would not avoid Dominos however I will avoid this particular Dominos because of the shoddy customer service...
