We ordered the red curry vegetarian last Sunday night to go as we were the last customer of the night. The manager took our order and repeated it to confirm it was correct.

Once we were home we began to eat it and my throat started to swell and we realized it had chicken in it which I am very allergic to. They were closed all day Monday so we reported it Tuesday. They apologized for the mistake but did not offer a replacement. I asked. The employee had to contact the manager to verify my story. The employee called me back and said it was okay. I asked for a free side of salad rolls for the 40 min round trip drive and the hassle. They were not willing to do that but they did offer a drink instead. That's nice. but bot what I wanted.

They did not replace my dinner meal. They gave me half the amount or a lunch serving with no rice. I had to ask for the rice. In my opinion, they did not address customer satisfaction . I expect the meal to be replaced correctly and they should have offered the salad rolls as a courtesy. I have waited for this day to come, delicious Thai food close to home. The most unreal salad rolls I have ever seen. Huge veggies with shrimp. Finally a salad roll that is not mostly noodles -but all veggies with shrimp or tofu. My 10 yr old daughter wouldn't share her chicken satay for anything and practically drank the peanut sauce. The Pad Thai had more sauce and flavor than any Pad Thai I have ever had. Amazing to not have dry noodles which is common with Pad Thai. The Yellow Curry was packed with big chunks of chicken, potatoes, carrots and a little bit of onion. Perfectly balanced flavor, not too sweet or salty. For dessert we tried their Thai Cupcakes. Warm Coconut lightly sweet dense pudding. We can't wait to come back and explore more delicious items on the menu.
