This place used to be great but a recent experience has made me really want to warn people about the downright rude, almost mean waitstaff. A friend and I tried to have lunch here on Thursday. There was a nice outdoor eating area that said, "Closed" and a sign on the door saying, "Indoor dining only." I guess that should have been warning enough. Inside many tables were cordoned off and seating was limited, which is common this summer. A waitress came from the back to ask what we wanted and when told two for lunch, she said nothing was available for at least 25 minutes. We said we'd wait and attempted to wait off to the side of tables. She said we had to wait outside. I asked if she could put our names on a waitlist and she said, "No. You'll have to just check inside if you see people leave." We went outside. As we were waiting, we saw a trio of ladies look at the menu and decide it was a good lunch spot, they headed in. Less than two minutes later they were marching back outside looking as if they'd had a bite taken out of them. Another couple approached the door and they looked so nice we intercepted them and let them know if they went in, they'd probably be told off too. As we were discussing our experience with them, a gentleman that was eating on a nearby bench with his wife joined our group. He said he had never been treated so rudely in his entire life. They did end up ordering food but he took his order INTO the kitchen and tipped the staff because he didn't even want to talk to that waitress again. Just an incredible experience that I wouldn't want anybody...
Read moreThis was the single worst dining experience I have ever had! The waitress was extremely rude, and impatient the entire time. Myself and a friend had breakfast here 10 o'clock on a Saturday morning. I walked in and waited was not acknowledged, and when I asked the waitress was it seat yourself she rudely says "there's a booth right there what are you waiting for" Took quite a while to get coffee and a menu. After a short time of waiting for my friend to join me, I was told if I was not going to order I had to leave. The table across from me was told "you've been done for a while, time for you to go" When I did get to place my order I asked for the French toast, and was not given the opportunity to order bacon or sausage. After waiting a significant amount of time I went up to the bar to get a coffee refill, I was ignored after the waitress had been by me 3 times. She then overfilled my cup to the point I could not carry it without spilling. When it came time to paying the check it needed to be split I brought my card to the register and was told "wouldn't it be easier if you just brought both cards, isn't that obvious" Needless to say I will not be eating here again, I have not been ever been treated so rudely...
Read moreCame for dinner on a Friday night. The service was excellent, the pizza and burgers were wonderful, the outdoor patio with white lights offered an amazing ambiance. Returned for lunch the next day and was very disappointed!! In the 20 minutes it took for a server to acknowledge us and take a drink order, one table walked out, and two more complained about the wait time to receive food (one stated that they had waited a full hour). The server was impersonal, unsympathetic, and did not attempt to gratify the table. A manager was requested, but no one visited the table before they left. Of the four servers on duty, only one smiled. The staff did not refrain from eating or drinking on the floor. When I approached the server to follow up on forgotten food, it was sitting next to her while she as on her smartphone. [For the price, it would have been nicer to receive more than a handful of chips with the sandwich.] This behavior is unacceptable for encouraging repeat business and is suffering the...
