Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Harker Heights

Do not! I repeat do not order from this location. We never ever ever order from Little Caesar’s but decided to on yesterday which was a horrible idea and will never happen again. My husband picked up pizzas (2) and took them home for the kiddos around lunchtime. We are always rushing off so he didn’t even look to see how fresh the pizza appeared to be. My kids barely touched the pizza because they said it wasn’t fresh and tasted off. I had every intention on calling back asap but being that I’m always running, I didn’t have time to call until that evening. When I called, I spoke with a manager that said the store will remake the pizzas just bring the pizzas back the following day, so we agreed. He said that he will write our name in the book and everything will be taken care of. The following day my husband took both pizzas back up there, as requested (mind you maybe only 2/3 slices were gone between both boxes). Whomever the store manager is by the name of Alvon was very rude and mean to my husband to the point of questioning him about why we didn’t eat the pizza. He’s going to have the nerves to tell my husband that he is the store manager and he makes the final decisions so whoever the manager was that said they would remake them doesn’t have the final say so. My husband just left and left the pizzas that we paid for the day prior on the counter to avoid a confrontation without even getting a remake. Thank god, I didn’t go because I would have got the highest manager involved immediately. How dare you act that way over some cheap SSA $5 dollar pizzas?! If one manager said that the food will be remade then that’s exactly what should have happened. Especially when we returned the merchandise you can clearly see we didn’t eat it!! His customer service skills are horrible and I feel he should be fired immediately. I called up there and he gave me a number to their franchise who never answered the phone the 4/5 times that I called even after leaving multiple messages. I called back and asked him to give me the number to whomever he went lying to (because he informed me he already talked to his boss )and he said he couldn’t give me that particular number, oh of course not!. Tonight I had fresh cheesy bread made. I was cheated on cheese. I've occasionally patronized this location for over 3 years. A manager named Michael said that's the normal amount using the same cup. I know for a fact that I've gotten it for 3 years with MORE cheese than this. He didn't offer to remake it or anything, only apologized "that it wasn't up to par." Ok. So I guess I'll just go during the day time when the product is UP TO PAR...OR... I'll just patronize one of their competitors instead. At least I'll be able to get cheesy bread with cheese and not just bread. Normally during the day the food is ok. I've had issues with the product and they've corrected it. Like giving me old pizza out the warmer telling me it was just made. When I could look at the soaked in grease and cardboard crust with dried out pepperoni and knew it wasn't. I tried to eat It, It tore up my stomach, I threw away an entire pizza minus one bite. I've gotten a "SUPPOSEDLY" fresh cheesy bread that I returned the following day and had remade. Skipping dinner that evening. There's ALWAYS something out seems except when certain people work. I don't know their names but I know their faces. If I don't see them, I'm not ordering. I love Little Caesars 🍕! But today's experience with whoever is working in the store was the Worst!!! I could not order this 🍕 online because it would not accept my debit card at first. So I called the store and the 🙎, was just in a bad mood the moment he answered the phone, told me NO! to anything I asked him, did not try to help me figure things out, that was it. So I decided to download the DoorDash app and order through them which I did, a pretty big order. When the 🚗 arrived to pick up my order, he said; he didn't not have the same order on his end and only made the "supposedly" deep dish, with all its specifications that I like. 🚗 said; The 🧑‍🍳 was extremely 🤨 and that I can go back on the DoorDash app and cancel this order and get a refund which I did. I did however make sure to leave the tip with the 🚗 for their honesty. As to this so-called deep dish 🍕, it was deep of bread only bread, it lack sauce 🍅 it like 🧀 and the extra mozzarella that I requested was simply strips of 🧀 stick.
