Having a cashier raise their voice, get irritated and angry at you for patiently waiting while simultaneously saying the company never trained them it's not her responsibility to know the Casey's app and wouldn't know anyways since she isn't required to get gas since she doesn't have a car is absolutely appalling.
Was told to prepay, check and test the pump and come back. Was not given an original receipt when asked and stood in the store for over 10 minutes before going to the pump to check for a receipt to come back to ultimately be told nothing can be done, they don't control the merchant "which I never commented on waiting for the funds to return" I said I want my receipt and I'll come back later when someone is working more familiar with the system. Then some older gentleman came to help her print the receipt and tell me to get out with even more attitude then her?
Contacted corporate from the parking lot, they fixed and added the gallon purchased to my points since whatever happened with that transaction wasn't applied to my account.
Prior I would have given this location 5 stars and used the app however this was my first time attempting redeeming points for gas and after this that will be the last time I'll be getting anything...
Read moreCame in two times with a $25 Casey's giftcard that wouldn't read when swiping. The first time they spent almost 20 min trying to get it to work but I had to leave for an appointment. I came back and was noticed by the same lady who tried to help me previously. She recalled the interaction and headed to the back asking the manager about it. She returned and told me she couldn't help because the card was a couple years old and that I needed to call the 1800 number on the back of the card. I left frustrated and phoned the customer service number. The lady on the phone informed me the cards are able to be keyed in manually, which in store they told me they were not. The customer service lady seemed irritated to hear that and said she was going to contact the store. A two year old gift card is not the problem. The lack of knowledge and unhelpful staff is. The manager didn't seem to care. They only seemed interested in getting rid of me because it was too much trouble. She explained to me that they had orders ahead of me. Ok I get that. I said I will just have a couple of slices of pizza from the warming carousel thing. Empty! Completely empty. Not one single slice of pizza .It is 5 and people will be coming in because they are hungry. Girl says well I can make you a pizza if that is what you want is a slice of pizza. Ok seems odd can't make a full pizza but can make a pizza for one slice. After observing the chaos going on in the kitchen, I decided nope I will just get a taco salad and a sandwich. I was told they did not have taco salad. Pointed to the big sign on the counter and said I think you do. Was told it would take 30 minutes for the taco salad. WHAT?
