Old Review (1-star): Worst Pizza Hut that I've ever ordered from. We use to order from them once a week and it's become once ever 2-3 months because it's so inconsistent now. The food is always made incorrectly and is usually missing side.
Every time a large item is left behind, chicken/pizza, they say you'll get a credit on your next order but it's never applied. We've had 2 orders come after 90 minutes when the app said it was a 35 minute estimate. Both times the food came cold even though the manager said it was freshly made.
Our last order was missing 3 sides and was borderline burnt. Whoever is running and working at this Pizza Hut has no idea what they're doing. It's a shame we can't switch to the State Street Pizza Hut since they know what they're doing. After getting burnt food, I'll never order from this place again.
New Review: We started order from here when our local Domino's started to become trash. While we're not as regular as we once were, we ordered from this place again, 3 different times, and everything was perfect. All the items were there and everything was cooked to perfection.
We never saw any of the "credits" we were supposed to get for all the items that were forgotten from our previous orders. The manager(s?) said they would be applied to my next order but never was. Didn't even get points for the missing items. So, that still sucks but they have a crew running it that knows what they're doing now.

Read moreI've never had such a terrible experience at a place! I ordered my pizza online and it was supposed to be ready at 6:51pm on 1/6/17. When I got there they told me that it was gonna be another half hour. I went to my car a little upset; figured I'd ask them to just deliver it instead so I wouldn't have to wait another half hour. They told me they would charge me for it still (according to the manager that was extreamly rude and wasn't wearing a name tag), annoyed and not wanting to argue I accepted it even though I thought they shouldn't charge me for their mistake. They had some trouble with they're system for a few minutes before I could pay for the food and delivery there. I paid and then low and behold the manager saw that our order was waiting in the oven. She scolded the employee for the mistake which was very unprofessional, she never apologized to me. I had to defend the employee because I'm assuming it was placed there after I went back in from my car. I asked if I was still gonna be charged a delivery fee since we picked it up and she said no. I just looked at my phone. I was charged the delivery fee. It's not the money. It's just the principle. So I just got off the phone with a more pleasant manager, she credited me $10 in store for...

My girlfriend placed an order in person and paid. The lady at the counter said it would be about 25 min. She ran groceries home and we both went back to pick up the pizza. It was right around the 25 min mark. Was told it will be another 4-5 minutes. Ok no problem. 15-20 min later the lady says we accidentally sent your pizza out on a delivery. Ok fine make us another one. Sitting in the parking lot waiting a good 20 minutes and I go inside to check again. Supposedly our pizza was given away AGAIN. We could wait for a 3rd pizza or get a refund. We opted for a refund. I asked if there was anything else they could do for our inconvenience. Basically was told no. So after waiting over an hour we received no pizza and no compensation for our inconvenience. I personally will NEVER go to this...
