Eaten here many times, it's decent fast service Chinese when you are in the mood. Main problem that I have with this location is that twice in a row I've ordered online, arrived at the store after the pickup time, and my order was not ready. The first time, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes (but they at least offered me a free drink while I waited). Tonight, my wait was again 10 minutes beyond my pickup time. Honestly, what is the point of online ordering if you have to wait so long at the store too?
Edit: Upped their rating after two online orders in a row were ready as promised.

Read moreI quickly realized I would not make it through their narrow drive thru lane with my truck and 16ft trailer. So I got my 17 mo old baby out of his car seat and went inside only to find out they were only taking online orders and drive thru. I asked the manager to please make an exception as I was just trying to feed my baby and couldn't make it through their narrow drive thru. She refused and chose to send me and my 17 mo old baby out the door hungry.
So we went two blocks over to KFC and was greeted by one of the nicest people you could ever hope to take your order. She said my baby made her night when he smiled at her.

Read moreThis store used to be ok (3 stars) but lately the food and customer service has been below par. Don't believe me? Ask for something like no onions in one of the dishes.....you'll find out in a hurry that they will not cater to special requests. It seems they have people waiting on customers that have no business doing so. I have seen other people get the "Panda" experience when asking for something they don't want to do. You can go to any other Chinese Restaurant in the area and get food they way you want it but not here. It's a shame because my wife likes the Honey Walnut Shrimp.
