The most frustrating experience waiting in line to get a sales adjustment on an item. The first check out is clearly marked āreturnsā on a large sign hanging above it. The store was packed with customers buying Christmas clearance today. There were many checkouts open. The person in front of me in the āreturnā line had 3 carts full of clearance merchandise they were simply purchasing. I saw the store manager and complained about the policy to allow regular unlimited purchases in the āreturnā checkout when many other checkouts were available. She looked annoyed and said it was their policy. She briskly walked away. Rude! When I finally got my turn, I complained to the checker as well. She said they have always done it that way. I responded āthat doesnāt make it right ā. Please create a better and fair way to deal with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came in tonight to do an exchange on an item but changed my mind when they didnt have what I wanted. I shopped around the store with my bag I came in with and bought something else. As I was standing in line, one cashier (a crabby old woman) kept staring at me the entire time in line. When I got up to the checkout, a young man asked me if I had my receipt for the item in the bag. I said I did and he said he was just doing his job. Any other store wouldnt treat customers this way. I shop here 2+ times a week but won't be treated like trash. You need to seriously train your employees better. If you hate your retail job so much then do us all a favor and find...

That's it. Beads have been cut down by more than half. Hobby Lobby is turning into something that barely resembles a craft store. Guess the powers that be have decided to abandon us craters... and yet people wonder why so many of us order off of the internet. Not a choice much longer, not if I want the quality and assortment I used to be able to get locally. So...
