It was all 10's for the week I stayed, except for the guest washer and dryer. The left set just eats money/ dryer will not run. Standard IHG breakfast, clean, well stocked, and unlimited coffee and fruit drinks. Bed was comfortable. Room (4 th floor) was good. Fridge, microwave, and air conditioner worked fine.
