Edit: 02/11/21-the Machesney store manager Terry went out of his way to personally call me and make things right. He was friendly, polite and his customer service skills are BEYOND exceptional. Based on his reaction to my review, I can attest that this gentleman cares about his restaurant and most likely excels at his job. To me, his positive and considerate response means everything to me. We will continue our patronage of BWW, based on how Terry handled our experience. Thank you!

   Read moreThis is strictly a review for the month of Dec 2024. The kitchen staff must be losing their minds. I was there on Sat the 7th, and for one reason or another, the cooks left out my party's orders without telling any servers for about 15 minutes, knowing full well the heat lamps were broken too. Their lack of communication thankfully resulted in us getting a second, fresher batch of orders on the house that didn't sit out long enough to get cold and unappetizing.
I ordered six free boneless wings for my birthday via the rewards program and after I came home with them, I saw that the wings were completely bare with zero sauce added. I clearly ordered maple chipotle and even have a screenshot of my receipt for proof, but there is zero maple chipotle sauce on them. As a "consolation", they did end up putting more than 6 wings in the box, but I could interpret that as them losing their minds even further. The box clearly has the "6" sticker on it but there are definitely more than 6 wings.

   Read moreI wish I could say this location gets orders correct. But, they can't. Last night we ordered 20/20 bundle. They forgot to coat a box of wings in dry rub, I sent it back twice. And after doing it twice, they still didn't have handle any (we asked for heavy). Missing a sauce on the side. When I got home I realized that we were missing our fries, and carrots. Every single time we order from here, there is an issue. The staff doesn't seem to really care. We might get a "sorry". We typically call in the order. But, it seems like a challenge to get the order correct. I have decided not to order from this location anymore. One of the biggest issues is when we ask for dry rub, it is barely coated. This has been a battle everytime. I feel like there needs to be some additional staff training, in customer service and order taking. Example... We had an issue with an order at another restaurant.
