Omg, I underestimated the size of the papa. I ordered the papa loca which has sausage, bacon,chicken, fajita, onion and bell pepper. A side of Mac n cheese and hot cheetos w cheese. The price was perfect and affordable. The food was delicious and the service was amazing! Thank you! Will be coming again when we visit Harlingen!

My family and I love coming to La Papa Loca, we always get the Mac & Chicken Papa! The food portions are perfect, one potato can feed two people. The service is great, we are greeted with a smile everytime we come. I am also a huge fan of their Elotes! We have never had a bad experience! ☺️

Very delicious food truck that offers a good variety of food. I ordered the taco Mexicano and was very happy with it. They are not stingy with the meat or avocado. I appreciate how they put the onions on the side. The food came out in a very timely fashion. I will definitely return. Yum!

Get there early for the parking in the back and to the side. As soon as you enter, the food trucks are on both sides along with the bar in the back. This food truck is to the left of you as you are coming from the rear entrance. We ordered the Hot Cheetos fajita quesadillas. Delicious 🔥! The price was affordable and customer service top notch. Everyone was very friendly. Please support local as always!

Tried the tacos first. Then had the papas loaded. Third time we ordered the panchos and a beef taco. Best food truck ever! So much food for your money and it was delicious! We ate off of the potato for four meals! Such nice people that run the truck. Have been there on the separate occasions, the food is that good! Will definitely be back next time we come...
