Sweet Spot Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Harlingen

It was just so so awful. My brother and and sister and I were just trying to have a fun yogurt "date" , We had been to sweet spot once many years ago and didn't have the best experience, but we thought we would just give it a second, chance because our favorite yogurt place ( brain freeze ) was closed. The worker that we talked to was very very sassy and rude and was ignoring us when you were obviously needed to talk to her. they also wouldn't let us try any of the flavored because they "out of cups" ( the little ones you use to try flavors) so since we couldn't try anything we had no idea what was good and what was not, so we just got a little bit of a lot of different flavors. But all of the yogurt we tried sucked and it was WAY to over priced! please please save your money and go to brain freeze or actually go and get ice cream somewhere! Brain freeze doesn't suck and isn't to over priced and has really nice people working there also sweet spot had like no toppings and brain freeze has so many different toppings to choose from. And that summed up my experience at sweet spot but there were so many more irritating ad frustrating and just down right rude things that happened that would take way to long to right and and I'm sure that the people that run this place are probably good people at heart but I just think people should know about this bad experience that happened to me and that I will not ever...

Found out they serve boba tea, so we called to see what flavors & the Spanish speaking lady says "oh no mamma, you need to come right now to see. We have lots". So we go and purchase 3 teas. 1milk tea, & 2 Thai. They tasted like sugar water. And so we call back from the parking lot to see if they can exchange at least 1 of them for a shake instead. But the lady said they couldn't. That only if they made it wrong. So we ask "how would they know they made it wrong? " she couldn't answer the question. She said we but a little tea & carnation milk & that they should all be good. At that though, we had to speak to her in Spanish because she couldn't understand. 🤔I don't know but definitely don't recommend. I'd rather go to McAllen or Brownsville for milk...

Very rude and horrible service. Lady working the counter was unprofessional. When I tried to explain that something was wrong with my sons order she just made a face. She placed a spoon in his milkshake to tasted it & said there was nothing wrong with it and wasn't going to give me my money back. When I then asked for a different flavor she made yet another face. My 7 year old son saw how rude she was behaving and just said never mind he didn't want anything anymore. I felt so bad my son was just sitting there watching his sister and cousins eating with his head down on the table. It just broke my heart.
