McDonald's — Restaurant in Harlingen

Terrible service: Young lady working front counter took 1 order and left the rest of the customers waiting for 10-15 minutes to take our order. Shift Manager saw us and just said to please wait. I ordered 15 minutes ahead of arriving and my food still wasn't ready when I got there. I only ordered a mcdouble and mchicken. They weren't even busy. So on top of 15 minutes, before i got there, I had to wait another 10-15 just for someone to ask me anything and my food still wasn't ready. They're too focused on drive thru and forget about their lobby. I used to be an employee and shift lead for McDonalds and this was the worst experience I've had at a Mcdonalds. Too many young teenagers who don't care about customers or the food they prepare, not sure if it's their work ethic or lack of training but something needs to change.

Terrible food. My food looked disgusting. Mcdouble had 1 pickle and 3 tiny bits of onion. It looked like they put the sauce on the burger and scraped it off. Buns were hard as rocks/stale. Mcchicken had an absurd amount of mayo and barely any...

My first visit since the remodel & I am disappointed! Ordered at the kiosk but no receipt was available; visited the restroom, dirty...a fellow patron alerted me about my left shoe dragging stuckon toilet tissue. GROSS. I UPLOADED A PIC OF THE TISSUE, BUT CENSORS REMOVE IT CONSTANTLY. THAT'S DISINGENUOUS & ABUSIVE! I got my order delivered, I ordered for eatin but was served in a bag, then I was surprised to NOT finding any tea, sweet or not at the drink station! The caring staff served me half sweet & not from somewhere in the back kitchen. After consuming the first cup, I tried serving myself more tea, but it still hadn't been brought out. There were maybe 10 patrons at the time, not a rush or a demanding crowd. The food was warm, but I was surprised my chicken sandwichs' price increased by 19% from my last visit to any McD's. Is MCDONALD'S on OPEC's pricing scheme? Prices rise mostly to never come down, like gas prices, with no justification. Employee pay doesn't increase but profits do!? Dinks are still $1. On 10/16/16 we eent through drive thru at about 845 am. We ordered 3 oatmeals, 3 coffees, a sausage burrito with a dr pepper and a sausage mc muffin. The order was missing the sausage mcmuffin. When i asked the blond little teenager for cream for my coffee she looked like I was bothering her. I then asked for the mc muffin and just gave it to me and closed the window. No apologies. She didn't even check to see if anything else was missing. When I started to drive away, we noticed the burrito was missing. So I had to park and go inside. I spoke to the manager and told her I wasn't sure if I was charged for the burrito because I didnt get a receipt for it and she quickly responded "yes, you did". She gave me the burrito and turned around. She did not even apologize. Not once did they ever check to see if the order was complete in the drive thru or when i had to get down and go inside for the rest of the order. What poor service! Obviously the employees follow the manager's attitude toward...
