I have been here several times to give this place a fair shot and try every product. Some of their donuts were hit and miss for me personally because there was too much sugar for me or some of the donuts were stale (this could have just been the time of day I went but wished everything was fresh given the price you pay). However, with my last experience at the shop I was very upset and sad with the customer service. I didn't see a name tag, but she was on the register, and she kept speaking to me in a negative tone and rushing me to order something. She kept giving me a look as if I was taking too long, even though I was the only customer in the shop. I told her I just needed a minute to think about what I was going to get for my family and I because everything looked very good. I was very happy and excited! But she rolled her eyes at me several times, and she would say 'Are you done' in a very annoyed/uninterested tone towards me. Granted I was not even in there for a total of 3 minutes. This made me feel very rush to pick several items because it seemed it was an inconvenience to be in the shop. I paid about close to 20$ for four items, granted I did choose donuts that had a lot of sprinkles and filling - I guess more of their gourmet items. Overall, I do not ever see myself coming back here anytime soon. The products are okay (some were hit and miss) but for the price, there are other local shops that have better pricing and better taste. Overall, I hope the best for this place! It seems like they have a passion for what they do. But because of my last customer service experience, I don't find myself coming back anytime soon. I can understand that maybe it was an off/bad day. However, just a simple 'take your time, ask if you have any questions about our products' goes such a long way!!! Again, I wish the best for this business going forward and that they have great blessings...
Read moreCan I just say Iâm so happy social media advertising works? If not for Facebook popping this page up, I never wouldâve found this hidden gem. Its location is someplace Iâve always driven by but never pay attention too, and I am so glad I found this place.
They offer a delicious variety of donuts with exquisite toppings for a price that wonât break your bank too bad for what theyâre worth. They are baked donuts and taste better warmed in the microwave a little bit too, suggestion from the lady cashing us out. We tried the Cookie Monster, smores, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and a classic glazed and they all did not disappoint. They were not overwhelmingly sweet, but still enough to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings without making you feel bloated and gross afterwards.
They also have an abundant selection of keto friendly desserts, sugar and gluten free. I am definitely not a diet type of girl but I opted to give one of them a shot because why not? And am I glad I did! We got a pecan caramel bar and I am absolutely shocked at how tasty a sugar and gluten free dessert can taste! How this shop mastered the art of creating keto friendly and delicious desserts is phenomenal! Bonus points again, is that I didnât feel gross or sluggish and I felt like I could destroy the whole case of them. The only downside is the somewhat steep price of the keto friendly desserts, which, understandable. Specialty items require more elite ingredients.
Definitely will recommend this little hole in...
Read moreThe young lady that assisted me was so sweet she took the time to describe each of the donuts and answer any questions that I had about them. She was bubbly and friendly and very helpful. You could tell she was excited about the product. I went for an afternoon snack and they looked so delicious I walked out with way more than I needed but it gave me the chance to sample each of my favorites. The flavors did not disappoint. And although I went in the afternoon the donuts still tasted fluffy and fresh. My personal preference is a light airy donut, Dee's donuts were a little denser but not cakey. Like I said that's a personal preference other people like something in between and other people's like dancer donuts. I would say there's fall in an in-between which is just right for the amount of toppings that they are so generous with. I had the churro cherry cheesecake, strawberry Nutella, fruity pebble, chocolate walnut, and the maple bacon. Although they were all delicious my favorite was the maple bacon, however, I have to admit that Maple donuts are my favorite...
