I don’t even know where to begin with this review about this horrible breakfast cafe. This restaurant is racist first and foremost. They will tell a person of color to hurry up and finish their meal because they don’t want him to finish his meal in peace and quiet Secondly, you can’t seem to get any respectful waitresses or waiters here. They are all rude and disrespectful as two of the waitresses have told me that they are only serving me because that they are afraid of a civil lawsuit. Thirdly, their food takes way too long to come. I almost left because of waiting too long but what made me never come back to this breakfast cafe is that they are a very racist establishment. If you have any self-respect and you are pro-BLM - I beg of you - don’t ever come to this breakfast cafe if you are from Harrisburg or if you are tourist in Harrisburg. The only good thing about them is that they are dirt cheap and their food ain’t even all that great and don’t expect to get an actual receipt as their copier machine doesn’t ever work as one of the waiters has told me himself when I asked for an actual receipt copy. I have added the picture of the receipt that he gave me smh. That is the most unbelievably ridiculous receipt that I have ever seen smh. I would give this breakfast cafe negative stars if I could. They are the worst breakfast cafe that I ever ate at smh.

Keystone Restaurant is the definition of a classic diner — right in the heart of downtown Harrisburg, just steps from the PA Capitol. This was a perfect breakfast stop on our way to Gettysburg. We went with some of the popular choices: the 3 eggs Western omelette with cheese and an English muffin on the side, biscuits smothered in sausage gravy, and of course, I couldn’t leave Pennsylvania without ordering scrapple (had to make my son try it too!). Portions were generous, everything hit the spot, and the service was super friendly. One of those places where you eat really well for a great price. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Harrisburg.

We came in on a Saturday morning around 10:00. It was quiet busy but we were still able to grab a seat. They have tables of two and four and single seats available at the counter. Everything I have ordered thus far from here has been great! I have even ordered a tuna triple decker sandwich in the mornings and they were able to accommodate (as long as the tuna is ready). They also had cakes available to purchase which were delicious! We both got the orbit butter chocolate cake to go! Highly recommend if they have it! Overall, a great place for fast service and good food!

I went with my bestie. And the table were we sat was dirty. I asked the only waiter there to wiped down. Was obviously dirty nd the waitress cleaned saying was clean ,when it wasnt. The place was almost empty and as she took forever to come with the menu. Then after meals were serve. She never came back. While we needed more napkins. Then i bring my arm up to get her attention bc we needed to order more food. She took the order in a bad manner. When we finished eating and our plates were laying there 20mnts after we ate. She passes us by several times without asking if everything was ok, or if we needed a box for our leftovers or our check. We didnt like nor felt great about the services. Me and my ffriend had visit before the dinner when is busy nd never had this happen. We felt shock how low nd cold was the service. The waitress never did eye contact with us. She never came to the table again. I went to the cash register and the girl doing the setting forks nd knife took care of my ticket. She also didnt do eye contact nor asked me how everything went. But she asked for a tip. I was so disappointed of my Favorite place to have breakfast for the first time. All bc ofthe service Attention owner.. this waitress needs customer service ...

I don’t normally do reviews but i felt this is necessary given the circumstances. ive been eating from keystone for years very good food but im not sure if there was a recent regime change, the new severs aren’t putting their best effort. very low spirits and irritable temperament over the phone, seem to not want to be there and you can feel the energy. long story short, I ordered 2 breakfast meals, paid and left a tip. I get home and realize they gave me pork bacon and I specifically ordered turkey bacon as I am muslim. I call ask to remake my sandwich and they say you owe a dollar. Not upset it’s just the principle but I am very disappointed. In my opinion you shouldn’t mess up a loyal customers order and charge them even a single penny when they’re not at fault, especially dealing with food, imagine if I was severely allergic. I won’t ever be going again but they still have great food honestly and most of the workers/cooks are great people! I still recommend this place because I know most people won’t have my...
