Arby's — Restaurant in Harrison Township

This is the worst Arby's I have ever had the misfortune of going to. It's the only one close to my house, so options are limited.

I have learned to accept the fact that the red sauce doesn't automatically come on the beef and cheddar like is standard in every other Arby's, or that you have to make sure all the onion rings or cheese sticks get placed in the order, but today was on a whole new level.

We waited for 35 minutes in drive thru during lunch. I understand that it gets busy, but goodness! I am about to just give up ever eating here again, I just don't think I can give up that much time of my life for substandard service and half of my order not included, because as I have been told more than once by the staff here, "we don't do that at this franchise..."

Edit: I guess sauce on the side means throw it all over the damn sandwich like a one armed monkey, the pic is how my sandwich came.

Well I usually end up leaving because it takes so long, but when I do, there is usually someone at the counter complaining, or they are messing up my order. It's one of the 3. tonight after waiting a long time for my food they did not even give me my drink. I told the kid to forget and drove away. I will be adding this to my do not visit locations of fast food moving forward. Enough is enough. Probably better off closing like the rest of the horrible restaurants in Harrison . Order number was DT302. Good luck in the future you won't see my money anymore. I will not fill out your survey, we are beyond the point of me ever visiting this location again. Maybe use this for future reference to save someone else from not buying anything from this store...

I was very offended by the older lady with glasses whom may be a manager at this Arby’s. As me and my oldest were eating ,my 5 month old was also hungry. She’s breastfed & as I was breastfeeding you couldn’t even see a full breast she was covered with my shirt. The lady proceeded to tell me in a rude manner as well out loud that I need to cover myself! She then grabs my daughters stroller cover WITHOUT MY PERMISSION off of her stroller , which is not okay! I told her she was eating just like everyone else and I don’t feel the need for her to have to be smothered up . She had the nerve to tell me to go feed my baby in their UNSANITARY BATHROOM!
