What happened? Styling the place up to a new 2024 look has not worked! I liked it better in the old look of Dunkin Bergen Street Harrison Plaza Mall. I have been there twice, since it reopened, with its all new look. The place is empty. No one stays there to eat food and drink coffee, any more. It's order stuff, receive it and go back outside. The food is still good and tasty. The wait staff is still friendly and accommodating. Sahar is now the location's manager. She is fantastic as a friend to everybody. And, the rest of her staff is nice and helpful. But, the new Dunkin re-do, of bringing it up to 2024 looks and atmosphere, has failed. It's no more than an empty movie set. There's customers, coming in, ordering and leaving, and, then, going about their business. The "old Dunkin" place had style and atmosphere to it. The "new refurbished Dunkin" is dead and not attracting people to stay behind and enjoy the place. It's nice, but I have to say that I wouldn't want to stay there and eat, either. I was going there for almost three years straight, eating there every lunch hour, with a marvelous staff, a great inviting atmosphere and a great selection of eats. I fell nine months ago and I was in a hospital and rehab facility, recovering. Then, I came back to Dunkin Bergen Street Harrison Plaza Mall and found too much had changed. Bring back the old Dunkin atmosphere and all the people who used to go there, staying behind to eat, drink and socialise with each other. That, unfortunately, is way over. The place is dead, with no atmosphere of any kind. No, I will not return to Dunkin Bergen Street Harrison Plaza Mall. I cannot sit there with no one around me. I might as well sit out there on the stage of an empty Broadway theatre or on an unoccupied Hollywood movie set. This Dunkin has no reason to have changed over to a 2024 look, when the old look was perfect and inviting to all, to come eat, drink and be merry, and to indulge in conversation with other people. This place is now totally dead, void of atmosphere and people, enjoying the Dunkin experience. I will never return to this Dunkin, ever again. Never. Other Dunkin locations are more inviting to me. Goodbye, Dunkin Bergen Street Harrison Plaza Mall. I will not see you, ever again! Never. Never. Never. Nope, I'm...

I have a specific allergy to the combination of bacon and eggs. Recently, Dunkin’ offered a deal for $6 that included a medium coffee, bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and hash browns. I asked the employee to leave the bacon out of my sandwich but still give me the deal. Normally, I request bacon on the side to avoid the egg and bacon combination due to my allergy. At other locations, this has never been an issue, but here, they accused me of trying to manipulate the deal for an extra item. Both the employee and the female manager unjustifiably raised their voices at me. The male employee who is looking fat and works in evening literally yelling on me without cause.
This is how the employees treat their customers here. It’s common sense that I don’t want bacon and eggs together, and by leaving the bacon out, the meat isn’t wasted but kept for them to use without throwing it away.
I think Dunkin’ needs more intelligent employees who can better handle situations like this. It would not only improve customer service but also help boost sales and manage product stock more...
