McDonald's — Restaurant in Harrison

My wife and I placed an order for us and our 2 daughters. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the employee.... I had my wife sit down with our kids while I waited. They had our food up pretty quick, I sat down and started pulling the food out for our kids and my wife asked "where is my sandwich" I started looking and couldn't find mine either. I went up to the counter and told the employee that we were missing our sandwiches she looked around and said "no I put them in the bag" and then asked for proof and the receipt.. I provided proof and showed my receipt. Then took the food back to the table, my wife's sandwich was correct mine was a single instead of a double and was plain (not what I ordered). So I went back up to the counter and told the employee she rolled her eye's and said "she probably herd you wrong" I said "well my receipt is correct" she sighed and remade my sandwich again!

Needless to say this McDonald's will not receive my...

This was the worst I made a 20 dollar order on line and it was the worst nothing was right no ice in my coke the food was cold and old I called and talked to a manager her name is Zoey and she said bring it back we will make it again I’m so sorry I didn’t want that I wanted my money back she said okay bring the food back I did all of it not one fry was took it was a 20.00 dollar order she only gave me 10 dollars back and when I asked for it all she said she was to busy to deal with the problem WOW JUST WOW TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS WE LIVE HERE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM I KNOW THERE IS CLAIR COUNTRY FAIR AND THINGS GET HARD BUT YOU KNOW THE FAIR IS HERE AND YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES WORKING THEN ITS SAID YOU STOLE OUR MONEY AND ONLY GAVE BACK HALF WHEN YOU ZOEY TOOK ALL THE FOOD BACK AND THE ONE DRINK I BROUGHT BACK SO...

Just placed an order and something was missing from my order. When I received my food, I let the lady know what I was missing. She argued with me and said it was not on the order. I told her that I ordered a McDouble with the rest of my order. She continued to argue with me, and then told me she would have to charge for it. I said "Of course." I drove off before she returned! The lady who took my order was very kind and friendly - and maybe made an honest mistake and/or did not hear me order the McDouble. The lady at the front was rude, boorish and unkind. She is an example of what NOT to do as a front line customer service agent! Boo to you McDonalds in Harrison , Michigan. She should not be greeting customers. ..and, she looked like a manager. Boo! You could learn a thing or two from the lady...
