Ordered two coffees and breakfast sandwhiches online, husband went to pick them up. They didnât offer a drink carrier and handed the two sandwiches to him without a bag. He asks for a bag and was told thatâs how they came. He had to ask AGAIN for a bag to carry them in. He comes back and when I take a bite of mine, itâs literally frozen in the middle. I go back and give them the sandwiches and asked for a refund only to be told that they donât issue refunds because they were made properly. I said, again, no it wasnât, it was frozen. She says she made it properly. I asked for them back and she says no theyâre in the trash. I said I donât care I paid for them, I want them back and she again refuses. Mind you, her whole demeanor was very rude and entitled. Obviously Iâm upset and I told her she was insanely ridiculous and as I drove off, she yells âok babe have a good day!â I come back around and ask what she called me and says babe, and says she can say whatever she wants because I called her ridiculous. I of course was mad at this point and went off and left, and then my husband went back to look for a district manager or corporate number on the building and she called the cops!!! Unreal, no one knows what customer service anymore and likes to steal money from customers, all the while weâre in town so my husband can say goodbye to his dying father and this is what we had to deal with. I am coming back to add that the owner did contact me within minutes of me reaching out, apologized and refunded my money and sent me a gift card.    Read moreI was so excited to learn that Scooter's was coming to the area, as it is one of my favorite drive-thru coffee shops. Unfortunately, the similarities between this franchise of the chain and the others I've visited stop at the name.
Since it's opening, I have visited this location 3 times, and each time the order was made incorrectly. The staff is always willing to serve and replaces the items if my wife and I notice at the window (but we rarely check the bag), which is why I am still giving 3 stars, however the proportions also seem very off from my previous experiences with this chain.
Some errors we have experienced during these 3 visits include: -Getting an iced drink instead of hot -Getting the wrong flavor drink -Paying for but not receiving extra shots of espresso -Getting the wrong sandwhich -Getting the right sandwhich with the wrong meat -Getting the right sandwhich missing the meat entirely -Getting the wrong size drink
Despite the problems, I still love Scooter's and I sincerely believe this is just temporary as the employees and management get some time under their belt. Until then, buyer beware - triple check your order before you...

Zach was the employee we spoke with more than once while in town... such a pleasure knowing folks enjoy their job and their interactions with others... It really is impactful! And p.s. The food and coffee was amazing.... They have coconut milk, which is fantastic and hard to find these days. And they even had real cinnamon to sprinkle, in, I was super happy. Their egg bites, we're fantastic. They taste like they were homemade! In a pinch, It's tricky to find something healthy and I have to say, this place checked all the boxes!! Plus added some that I haven't seen for a long, long time. So, thank you for a lovely experience.
