I ordered through the app ahead of time and arrived about 2mins after the time that I said that I'd be there to pick it up. I could see the order sitting behind the counter completed and ready to go but they took a very long time to to come to the counter so I could tell them I had ordered ahead, then they wandered off before I could point my order that was already completed as and waiting and it took almost 5 more minutes they came back and asked me what exactly it was that I ordered again. I said just those frosty's that have been sitting on the counter behind you since before I came into this place to which I was informed on cool as they turned and looked back and then smiled as though they had just some how cured world hunger simply by noticing that order was actually there. It was 18 minutes from the moment I stepped out of my car to the moment I got back in and here's the thing the place was pretty dead, I mean one person came in behind me and there were maybe 2 cars in the drive thru when I had arrived and it was empty when I left. I mean I could understand getting melted frosty's if the place had a mile long line but j still can't quite figure out exactly what happened at wendys on this particular trip. The one nice part of this order was that for the first time ever, they actually overfilled my frosty's! It was dripping down the cup or anything full but the cup was filled to the top and frosty was looking through the top of the straw hole! Given this place is a serial underfill location (most of the time at least half of the frosty's I order are filled between 1/2 to 2/3rds of the cup but this time thru finally did me right on that...
Read moreI decided to go to Wendyâs before work with my friend who wanted to try Wendyâs breakfast for the first time and my girlfriend. We entered the store around 8:40. Once we entered the location, we were looking through the menu. I overheard a lady or young girl tell one of the employees that there were people waiting to order. I didnât think anything about it since we were still figuring out what we wanted. Then the same girl said something about us in Spanish, complaining about why we were there so early to dine in. Mind you, we were most likely the first dine-in customers of the day. I was surprised myself to hear something like that coming from an employee of the place who is serving customers. My main concern was if she knew I spoke fluent Spanish, I highly believe she would not have said anything. After I ate my breakfast, I asked the young guy what time their dine-in service starts, and he told me it starts at 8. I informed him about the unprofessional comment made by a woman or girl working in the back. I couldn't believe how comfortable she felt to say that in her workplace. I used to work in a fast-food restaurant, specifically the store right across from you guys, which is Juicy Platters, and we were taught to provide great customer service. But it looks like in this organization they try to take advantage and make remarks about their customers. I hope this review reaches the manager, and she addresses this with her team so that for future reference, they may not take...
Read moreI told myself I would not do reviews on common chain store food franchises which serve food stuffed, soaked, canned and then remicrowaved in super preservatives to serve to the the everyday public who do not get to investigate how, where, and what it is that we are actually eating.
Anyway, Wendys is my top choice burger spot out of the big three because of their Dave's Single and up sandwich selection. They are the most expensive as the are the most heartiest of all fast food burgers around. Real meats, fats, cheeses and veggies on these big Dave's unlike the steak-um sized patties found nearby.
My only garble about Wendy's beef is on quality where there have been times they were too gritty. A gritty beef patty means too much fat or something not meat content like accidental ground up bits of bone. Too many bites like this have me running back to the...
