I see people every morning come and get their coffee from this place. Often I see the same people over and over walking in with an empty coffee cup or travel mug to fill up. I figure this place is pretty good if it can get this type of customer loyalty.
I bought some plain coffee from them a few times. I feel like coffee is either good or it's not. You know the difference when you try it and there's not really much more of a scale to it than that. I also think McDonalds coffee (if you go during peak hours) is good too. It's half the price... Just sayin'. I asked about their coffee and the baristas aren't familiar with what type of beans they're serving but they do know the roasts and who roasts them, which is good. They don't carry a regular caramel sauce, only a salted caramel sauce and then fake syrups. I decided to try a small salted caramel to give them a chance and I was not impressed. I then had to go up to the counter right in fron of where i was sitting to initiate with the employees because they just didn’t tell me that my order couldn’t be made. Apparently they were out of cold brew? and they just didn’t tell me. I then had to give them my order for a second time!
