The woman's bathroom was filthy before 10 AM and it was obvious it had not been cleaned properly in days, possibly weeks. The toilet seat in the handicap stall looked like it was 20 years old (the white paint was so worn you can see the wood underneath it, it did not sit properly, and the screws that hold it on were exposed). The toilet seat had noticeable poop on it and it was not fresh, it looked dry, like it had been there for a while. The feminine disposal garbage bin was hanging open (disgusting and dangerous because you could cut your leg on the edges). There was soiled toilet paper all over the floor. That's just one small corner of the bathroom. You could see dust over the dirt, on the handicap grab bar and toilet paper holders, proving it had been days if not weeks since it was cleaned properly. The mirror over the sink had caked up dirt on it (not fresh from that morning), and dust in upper corners. Again, proving the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly or properly in days if not weeks. There was some kind of white liquid dripping from the tile on the wall. It was not dripping out of the wall, it had been splashed onto the wall and left to dry. I have no idea what it was but it looked disgusting. Having worked as a cleaner and a manager in motels and hotels I know how things should be cleaned and the signs of a neglected property. This is a neglected property. If this is a franchised store McDonalds should consider revoking the owner's franchise license and the manager should be fired for allowing this to happen. Again, this was clearly a bathroom that had been neglected for days, possibly weeks.    Read moreOn July 25th 2024, while traveling North, my friend and I stopped at this location at 10:54 pm. We ordered our food with the universally accepted McDonald's lingo, "I'll have a number 1 combo, and a number 2 combo". I don't remember the exact numbers of the combos, but it was a Big Mac Combo and a Quarter Pounder Combo! They even asked if we wanted to upsize the combos, which we agreed to. We paid 17.84 for the two meals and eagerly waited as we were Starving! When we received the food, there were NO French fries in the bag. We told the worker they had forgotten our french fries. They looked at our receipt and then with a straight face, told us that french fries don't come with their combosđŽ. And that if we want french fries, they can get them for us if we pay for them separately. Unbelievable!! We were tired, hungry, and completely frustrated. We left without the fries. When I got home, I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. They seemed to be concerned and apologized about our experience. Then they told me they would speak with the 98 Carlton St Harrisonburg, VA location. I said YES, When corporate asked if I wanted a follow up call from the #3214 location, after they looked into it. To this day there has been no call and no resolution. Hard to believe they are doing this to their customers.    Read moreMy better half makes an order through the app, selects drive-thru, pays online, gets her order number heads to the store and is told they don't have it, that she did something wrong and can you please pull out of the line. The entire time she has her online receipt on her phone showing the store address, that it's paid for and the order number but that isn't good enough for the smart ass manager and she's told that she will be refunded her money probably within a day but he doesn't know for sure. So she asks him how are they going to know what to refund if you're saying there is no order matching the number I have on my receipt? The manager then says that he doesn't have time for this and to go away!! I really don't give a rats ass about the food but I sure do have an issue with the blatant disrespect this man showed her and this is NOT the first time he has been an ass to a customer that I know of and I don't frequent that store because of that manager explicitly.
