Megamilkshakes — Restaurant in Harrisonburg

The idea & aesthetic of this place is really cute, so my husband and I wanted to check it out, The employee wasn’t very welcoming, but that was fine I just assumed she was shy. The milkshake came out really cute however we couldn’t enjoy it bc the employee didn’t use gloves and we witnessed her prepare our treat with bare & unwashed hands, she also ran to the back multiple times in the middle of making the treat and who knows what she was touching in the back. The straws weren’t packaged and she was touching the tip of the straw with her fingers. I don’t mean to be rude but in food business you just expect a certain level of sanitation especially in todays age of COVID. Tables, chairs, & floors weren’t clean. My family and I drove almost an hour to see chase and sky for our two young kids. Upon arrival we were asked to sit outside under a canopy area durning a thunder and lightning storm. We waited about 45 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After taking our order we had to wait another 30 mins to get our ice cream. Once we finished our ice cream we had to again had to wait another 45 minutes just to have the kids picture taken with case and sky. Only to be told my wife could not take any pics that they would. Picture was taken but no where to be found on face book or anywhere. Two hours of driving, 2 hours of waiting and 49 dollars worth of ice cream for 5 people we...

Visited the Valley Mall location in Hagerstown MD. The employee was not very enthusiastic and seemed annoyed to have customers.

I ordered a mega oreo milkshake for 14.99 and it was huge and looked great, but unfortunately besides the oreo topping and chocolate drizzle on the top/mug/plate, the shake itself tasted very bland-- not cookies & cream or even vanilla, more like drinking frozen cereal milk.

I also looked at other reviews mentioning employees not wearing gloves and saw the same thing happening during my visit. She was the only employee working so jad to go between the order point and making drinks multiple times.

The "tacos" were also served in weird tasting...
