I ordered and paid for 2 entrees. The man fixed one plate and Rebeca an employee fixed the other. I paid the a third lady Jonnie who ask for the payment. After food was paid for Jonnie took food out of the bag.of already paid for orders. She took the plate back to Rebecca and told her to take out a few pieces of bourbon chicken. Once I questioned this she did not want to answer. Then said it was 3 entrees. I said no it’s only 2 bourbon chicken and chicken and broccoli. She then tried to hand me the order. I said NO that was already paid for. I ask for a refund and when I ask for corporate phone number she called security. I explained what happened and found out Jonnie was the owner. I heard Rebecca tell Jonnie her husband fixed the plate she removed food from. Evidently Jonnie did not like the portion however since the food was already paid for it should not have been my problem. Will...

The older female manager/owner needs to work her professionalism, I understand that ketchup packets cost a private business a little on the expensive side, but to undertone something in her native language to another co-worker while displaying a look of anger all because we the paying customers ordered french fries in our +$30 order asked for more ketchup because they only give 3-5 packets of ketchup per order in which we had two orders of fries plus a few combo trays.

She may have had a bad day but it came across very rude especially since our bill was well over $30 and we had offered to actually buy the extra ketchup packets that caused her dismay ....otherwise their food is great, portions are acceptable for the price and they do have a decent selection...
