I was not at all satisfied with my service and quality of my beverage. I cam in on Satruday, 05/13. I ordered hot coco and coffee. I was told it would take ten minutes to brew my coffee, which I didn't mind, except that the person who took my order didn't act as if they wanted to brew it. I also ordered a hot coco. When I left with it, all of the chocolate was at the bottom of the cup, so I had to mix it all together to get the chocolate blended so I could taste it. It didn't mix well and I am not at all happy with Joe Muggs at all. Very disappointded in the quality...

Better than Starbucks at B&N. Frappes are really good. Baristas are always polite but sometimes there's nobody there. The Treacle Tart frappe is good. I recommend ordering from the specials. Nice treat to enjoy in BAM. Prices are on par with other...
