My family and I went in to this Arby’s May 12, 2024 on our drive home after attending an event in KC. After a busy few days I, stupidly, left my Lululemon Crossbody Bag on the back of my chair when I left. I realized a little ways down the road that I had done so and my family turned the car around to see if the bag was still there.
BOTH my Mother and I called the restaurant and evidentially spoke to a Manager (as to which Manager or their position in the restaurants hierarchy, I am unsure). Said Manager stated that would check, put me on hold, and then a few moments later came back on to say that the bag was not on the back of my chair. We had already turned the car around to head back so we decided to check for ourselves.
Sure enough, visible from the window as we walked in, was my bag hanging on the back of my chair at the table that my Mother and I described to the Manager.
I did not speak with said Manager, just checked to make sure that all my belongings were in the bag. My Mother, however, DID speak with the Manager and basically he said (i’m paraphrasing off of my Mothers own paraphrasing here, so admittedly could be skewed) that it wasn’t really part of his job to go out there and check on these sort of things.
While I understand that Customer Service can and will be very stressful and emotionally / mentally taxing at some times, this just shows pure laziness amongst the Management...
Read moreWent to grab Arby’s tonight and not only did they give us a brisket sandwich instead of the French dip, I asked for a refund (on the price difference only) for the price difference. Got told they can’t give me a refund “because the assistant manager doesn’t have the code to put in and would need the manager to enter” and “come back tomorrow” ummmm… I live 20 minutes away. Absolutely not. Call your manager and have them give the code? “No, they are off the clock” I’m livid at this point and being told that I’m not getting my money back (that I work for) is not being put back in my account. So I flip off everyone (no money, I’m mad) and then get told “that was unnecessary” and “do not come back or we will call the cops” I’m sorry did my finger hurt you? Not getting the price difference back goes against ME. I do not spend my hard money to get screwed out of it, Uncle Sam does plenty of that. Will not spend anymore of my money at that establishment. Read moreAbsolutely pathetic service from this location, first experience was no signature sauce with order, I called and asked and was told only get sauce if you ask for it and was told this in a snotty and rude attitude by manager. Second trip I ask for Arby’s sauce again was given none and of course I asked for extra Arby’s sauce bc I know if they did add them it’s like a packet or two, once I check my order there is no sauce and the girl in drive through ask if I had any sauce in the bag I stated no she asked how many I told her then she said “how many what” like we weren’t just discussing Arby’s sauce so I stated 10 sauce packets which was followed up by “what sauce”, seriously are we this dimwitted.
