Jimmy John’s, you are canceled, in our family at least. We went to get sandwiches today while traveling, I was giving the lady our order, I ordered my daughter’s sandwich first, it’s just salami and cheese, super easy. Then I told her which sandwich I would like, she says, “Do you want cheese on that?” I know my face gave her a super confused look, I’ve never been asked if I want cheese on a Jimmy John’s sandwich before. I say, “Yes, please.” In my head I’m like, “What? Why is she asking if I want cheese? Do people not want cheese on their sandwich?” I order the next sandwich, same thing… “Do you want cheese on that?” I’m kind of getting annoyed at this point, what do you mean do I want cheese? Of course I want cheese. In my head I’m really trying to reason this cheese thing, I’m thinking, “Maybe people just really don’t like cheese.” I say, “Yes, please.” Last sandwich, same thing. I think I rolled my eyes, but mustered a, “Yes”. I get my receipt and y’all they charged $1.99 PER SANDWICH for paper thin cheese! I thought this economy was nuts, but this is highway robbery! We got the smaller sized sandwiches too! What sandwiches don’t come with cheese!?!? $41 for 3 regular sandwiches, 1 “Little John” and 1 bag of chips… you gotta...

Was passing through and decided to stop in as Jimmy John’s is one of the few places our family can all agree on. It almost came to a screeching halt here as they were out of turkey. Unfortunately it seems 60 to 70% of their menu options have turkey. So immediately almost everyone’s first, second, and third options were not available. We did eventually settle on options, that were fine, just Similar to going to a car dealer to buy a Corvette, but leaving with an accord. Lol. I do want to say this however, it was remarkably clean, and the Lady working behind the counter showed impeccable care and precision with the way she made and carefully wrapped everyone’s sandwiches as if they were important. Maybe in the grand scheme of things it really doesn’t matter, but the fact she paid such attention to the little things made me appreciate and feel this location had put a specific emphasis on...

Would love to order from here again considering the limited delivery options in the area, I ordered here all of the time years ago. But then one time I got incredibly horrible food poisoning and I talked to corporate, they said that the owner would get in touch with me and never did. Wasn’t looking for a refund of my $4 sandwich lol but some acknowledgement of the situation would have been nice. If they cared so little about my food poisoning, doubt much has changed.
