Whataburger — Restaurant in Harrisonville

I've been consistently hitting this location for months. 4 times a week at 1230 am. 5 times in a row ive order my burger a certain way(hold the butter, toasted both sides) and it never happens. Rachel is great. But whoever makes my burger has a problem reading a screen and manger isn't helpful. I pay 12.75 for a burger and drink only. So ive always just dealt with it. Came in tonight and now they raised the prices after being bought out. So now its 16.00 bucks. And yet again he messed it up. So simple. Double meat, cheese, bacon, plain and dry, no oil, toasted both sides. He sees me all the time. So after this last increase and being unable to get what I want. Screw this place. As someone who has GMd at many brands, this starts with leadership, and the leadership hear is ass. Rachel is great. But when you oay 16 damn dollars for a burger and drink(no fries) I should get it. We tried the new location, hope it was better than Raymores ,, but it was about the same We bought 2 meals,,single burger with cheese,,1 order with fries,,1 order with rings,,,,fries were old and cold,,,t h e onion rings old,and cold,,,, The burger when we picked it up, everything fell out,,except the meat which the mustard kept it glued on the bun,,,maybe try heating up the bun? Food was ok, but specific request for mayonnaise on both sandwiches I ordered was ignored and this isn't the first time it has happened. It could possibly be the way it is being rung up as I haven't had this problem at other locations. Also, the wait time at this location is a little longer than most. I was the only car in the drive thru and paid for my food immediately, but then sat for about 5 minutes before I received my drink and then had to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. Never received an explanation as to why...would encourage more communication. I will continue to visit this establishment as I want them to succeed, but hope some of these types of issues can...
