This location is a franchised store I was appalled by the attitude given by the store manager and another employee of this location Located within the Loves truck stop Located at 2611 Brookhart Road Harrisonville, No 64701

This McDonald's within this location was a bad experience if I was able to give a zero I would Please understand that this McDonald's location is a franchise store and no major complaint department to advise them of the childish responses from employees when advising them of an issue How does the receipt of a order get places within a sandwich wrapper And how do you get served hockey puck Nuggets and watered milkshakes I have enjoyed McDonald's off and on for the last 25 plus years all over the US and only had 2 issued that needed Attention Overall McDonald's does a fantastic job of serving the Trillions and Trillions of fast food throughout the My travels as a proud Driver This location laughed at my complaint about the food and drink I had ordered and was not right McDonald's is a great brand but the TWO bad actors of that location have prompted me to STRONGLY RECOMMEND that subway or the roller food at love's would be better than the childish attitude given from that location I know I am one person with my opinions and my own funds and I truly choose to spend my money elsewhere

This place gets worse everytime we are here. From the place being dirty with no clean tables to sit at, the flies are out of control, ants on the ice machine and you wait over 15 minutes for 2 value meals that end up being cold seriously!!! Management needs to do some major regrouping with this place, if i was the owner i would fire everyone. If things dont change this place is going to be shut down by the health department. There was a lady in front of us that had ordered a coffee and waited over 15 mins for a coffee she demanded her money back, While 6 employees stood there doing nothing. One night we came here it was around 11:45pm. We were the only car in the drive thru. We were told to wait, after 5 mins we tried to order and yet again we were told to wait and that they were only accepting cash. Seemed weird but again we waited, finally after 25 mins sitting waiting to order we were asked rudely what we wanted and were reminded that they were cash only. We ordered and pulled ahead and waited another 10 mins just to pay as we watched the worker at the window texting on her phone and the manager eating. Im guessing that was more important that your paying customers. Finally after another 15 mins sitting we got handed our food with no drinks. When we asked about our drinks we got treated like we had asked for a million dollars. Ugh so upset with this when you are a paying customer. I guess it is too much to ask for a HOT meal and...

To expect much from a McDonalds on the first place is a mistake. 9 times out of 10 they cant count to those numbers. However, I would expect their high school drop out, brain dead living off they momma, pot smoking, non functioning, antisocial low life employees to fill a cup with a drink. But apparently that is still expecting to much. When my girl went through the drive though ordering a Dr. Pepper she was met with attitude and incompitence. 30 minutes later she finally received a Dr. Pepper. BUT IT WAS DIET. Now, I know what your thinking, simple mistake, not that big of a deal. But let's look into this a bit more. How simple is it to fill a cup with a certain drink. Each fountain os labeled and a different color. HOW HARD IS IT TO MESS UP SOMETHING THATS COLOR CODED?! preschoolers can do that. Iv seen it. The levels of incompetence and failure that oozes out of this establishment is frightening and frankly, we should all keep them IN our prayers and OUT of our lives. Lord knows I am praying as I take a incomprehensibly small fraction of pity upon them.
