The last couple of times we can here, the food was great. Nice new menu items.
Most recently, there was some confusion on how they charged our gift card. We thought there was a few dollars left on the card but they took the whole amount.
Right now we are waiting for Chilis To Go food. First we tried to place the order online with our phone. Their site was slow and confusing. We waited in the To Go area for a few minutes then were asked to step into the bar to place our order. I thought that was a little inconvenient and why do I have to go to another part of the restaurant. The moment we stepped into there and said we need to place an order to go, they directed is back the the To Go area. After walking back to the To Go area, we were helped. Our order was $7 more than the menu price. I questioned them and they said it was because our salad had additional shrimp. Our first thought was that we could buy 30-40 shrimp for that price! I guess that's the price you pay for prepared food.
Although there was confusion on the order, we accepted it because the Caribbean Salad is the BOMB!

Update! We waited nearly 10 minutes for a table that was empty the whole time that we waited. Food portions are definitely smaller. The real kicker though was paying our bill on the kiosk. There was a charge of .99 cents for the tabletop kiosk! At first we thought someone paid for a game play. We asked the waitress about it and she removed it. Interestingly enough, the kiosk showed the beginning of the next customers order and the first charge was .99 cents for the use of the kiosk! I could not help but look around at all the full tables and wonder how many people blindly pay this .99 cents per table for a convenience that they provide. Incidentally the kiosk wouldn't even work to pay our check and the waitress had to manually run our cards old school style. The moral of this story? Look at your check to see if you are paying for more that...
Read moreIt's been years since we've been here. And I mean, before the d.i, the 7-11, the carwash, and even the fire station being built in the area. We ended up tagging along with my mother and my aunt for dinner. I'll name some downs, first just so they don't outshine the good. The downs, our chip bowl had a lot of uncooked chips. The smokehouse trio that my BF had; the brisket quesadilla had a really burnt taste and was hard on the edges. His street corn was actually more of a rubber texture than a juicy crisp texture. The white cheddar Mac and cheese that came with the chicken strips (although pretty good in taste) had a liquidy sauce. Ok, our goods. We had such an amazing waitress. I wish I had gotten her name because I would 100% recognize her by name. she was trying so hard and went above and beyond. Upon learning that my 4 year old's birthday was on Christmas, she surprised her with a birthday song and her own personal lava cake. She absolutely loved it. She was helpful with questions, accommodating, and brought extra chips and salsa when we decided to have a chip war on who gets first claim on the bowl. She even replaced our one bad chip bowl immediately when she brought our drinks and noticed they didn't look right. She made sure to check on us regularly and kept drinks full as needed before we would have to ask for any refills. If she reads this, I hope she sees that she was very appreciated. Our chicky strips were actually cooked just right. The fries were hot and still crisp. And the ranch is always my favorite sauce, though the honey mustard came close. My BF said the BBQ sauce for his meal was actually really good, and he was even dipping his fries in it. The ribs were tender for him and came apart really easily. Even with those couple of bads, I feel the good outshone the little things. Thank you again for a good night during...
Read moreChili is this a kind of a West Mexican more americanist type of restaurant the food is pretty decent. I just wish they had sometimes have some more deals than they usually do like Applebee's tends to have a long list of deals.
For example, they have this like three something deal out. Remember the name but you get to pick three different things a drink aside and a entree from a list, but the cheapest ones are only like just a few options. I wish there were more options like at Applebee's.
It also has similar Applebee's Vibes are very similar. But trillions is pretty nice. The food is good. It's not overpriced. It's reasonable for what you get and the all the workers have been very polite every time I've gone and it's just it's awesome a good location convenient.
They do have really good hamburgers there and I like to get a side of mushrooms that I can put on the sandwich as well and they also have like this chicken quesadilla thing. That's really good. My wife gets it every time we go there and I always like to steal a few quesadilla from piece from her.
It's it's next to a Walmart. So it's very convenient to get gas at at Walmart fuel station or buy some things from Walmart and then head over to Chili's for a nice relaxing and tasty dinner or you could eat first and then pick up a few things at Walmart on your way back home.
I haven't had any of their desserts they look over price but then like every restaurant has like overpriced desserts, but I haven't seen the portion sizes. So that could make a difference. They do have like a hot lava chocolate cake, which looks really good.
That's a good place for date night or to take the family out. It's a pretty standard a good go to option for meals with family friends. . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ....
