Was HIGHLY disappointed Sunday June 4th. Pizza was decent but normally better. Regardless quality wasn't the main issue. Regular goer for years with my dad & sisters. Happened to stop in grabbed a large & medium pizza & had a hair literally stuck through my pizza that you could pull out that was at least 8-9 inches. We addressed it to them literally showed the waitress as were pulling it out of the pizza & she looks at us like we're stupid walks away and then does come back a few seconds later & asks if we would like a new one. Offers us another medium cause luckily it was only one of the pizzas. They end up not charging us for it at the end instead even though we did say we would take the pizza. Then they still charge us & add in their gratuity fee of 6$ so paid 40 for hair in food & still tip. Thought they were definitely a little rude & Very inconsiderate. The atmosphere is very friendly, the service personnel welcome best with a smile and provided us options. Our food is cooked perfection, we ordered a large pizza with jalapenos, pepperoni, and onions. The pizza was very well cooked, the cheese was melted to the right temperature. The jalapenos, pepperoni, and onions we're all fresh. The waitress checked with us twice during our meal, which was the perfect amount. At one point I saw that our soda cups were almost empty, and she came over and asked if you wanted refills. I have eaten there numerous times now, trying their salads, grinders, and pizza. I've not been disappointed on any of the visits, the food was of quality texture, taste, and temperature.
