McDonald's — Restaurant in Hartford

Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal for my kid 3 mcflurries and 1 big Mac sandwich on a 90 degree day. Paid, got to the food window and they gave me the cheeseburger happymeal, my 3 mcflurries and told me to pull up and wait for the 1 bigmac... ok. So I did. Waited, waited, and waited some more. Kid was in car so I couldn't walk in to see where my 1 burger is and why it's taking so long, so I googled the number for the McDonald's, dialed it and spoke to the manager asking where my sandwich is and why it's taking so long. Told him I have 3 mcflurries half melted now while I wait for 1 sandwich to be made. Finally brought me outmy sandwich and went home. Opened my sandwich at home and it was a mess... looked like it had been tampered with by staff, hard to explain why I thought that but it definitely did not look right. Some small pieces of lettuce and diced onions were smashed into the top of the burger patty yet none stuck to the top bun, and the lettuce on the sandwich was under the meat patty. How did some get smashed into the top of the patty yet not the bun that was connected to it? Whole sandwich just looked off. Probably because I called and asked what was taking so long. Ended up tossing the burger out. We have since switched to Culver's since it's the same price now but Culver's is much better food. You can Tell by all the new released toys already collected in the photo we used to go alot... $26 for 1 happymeal, 3 mcflurries and 1 bigmac....go to Culver's it's better...

Fries at this McDonald’s will never be filled. Burgers always have that made hours ago flavor frappes are complete liquid. What’s going on? Staff so dang rude. Also got a Oreo McFlurry extra extra Oreos and it was like I never ordered extra x2 asked the girl if I could please have some more Oreos added in and showed her all ice cream no Oreos even touching, I did pay for it what’s the problem? A guy was by her overheard and he was like No Worries I’ll make you a new 1 and she said NO!…she can just have this…. Handed me a little cup with literally a pinch I thought she was joking. She wasn’t. Even he was in shock,, when she walked away he did make a new 1 he was embarrassed of her. Shout out to him I didn’t catch his name but if he read this he knows what’s up!! Thing is none of these employees are trained to provide shyt customer service but that’s what you get. You ask for anything Omg do most get pissed and they’ll complain about you to another employer out loud Rt in front of you smh. Can the public host a meeting at orientation held in West bend behind the dmv? Asking for a friend 😂 Also does that employee pay for...

The food is as good as any McDonald's. However, the wait times are insane. Routinely waiting 20-40 minutes in the drive-thru. I tried using the McDonald's app for curbside pick-up but ended up waiting so long I had to go to the drive-thru or just leave! How is this possible in what is supposed to be the quintessence of fast food? Culvers has a shorter wait and they supposedly make the food fresh! The food should be ready to go sitting in a heat cabinet or whatever! There are times where I just order a cheeseburger and fries but it's 20 minutes at least! Why for the love of god? Part of the problem is they never make anyone pull ahead into the designated drive thru parking spaces so those of us with small orders don't have to wait. I've been going there for almost a year now and I've never seen anyone park there. Just a crazy long drive thru line and empty parking spaces. It makes no sense! I suspect nobody wants to bring the food all the way outside. The only place to get your food quickly...
