Ranch House Pizza — Restaurant in Hartford

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I stopped in here on a long trip home from Vermont and had to use the restroom. The girl at the register said the bathroom was for customers only. I told her that was fine. I would buy something. I just really need to use the bathroom first she said that’s fine. Buy something and you can go. All I heard was you can go so I walked back to the bathroom and they were locked. I asked her if they lock the bathroom and she said yes you need to buy something first. I told her that it was an emergency and that I would buy something when I came out. She told me it’s the rules she’s just the employee she told me I could ask the guy in the back. I didn’t see a man in the back. She yells back there in their language, and a man sarcastically hands me the key to the bathroom. When I walked into the bathroom I was disgusted by how filthy it was. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been clean all week. There was urine all over the floor and no soap. I asked them why would they give me so much trouble for such a disgusting bathroom? They said that’s why it’s for customers only because people come in from the street and make it dirty. I told them it’s their job to keep it clean. I did buy a bottle of water just because I said I would buy something but I would have rather not given them any money. Terrible customer service and unsanitary restaurant. I would give them no stars if that...

Extremely dirty restaurant, extremely bad food.

I ordered the chicken tenders w a side of fries for $15. After ordering I ask to use the bathroom and the worker hands me the key.

The back hall is so extremely dirty and littered w all types of things. I still need to use the bathroom so I go in and it’s dirty and smells like it’s never been cleaned in a while.

I get my order. The fries were greasy like the oil hasn’t been changed. The tenders were salty store bought frozen. Not the breaded ones they advertise on the menu.

I was pissed. And feel nauseous and full of regret after going there. Do not waste your money. The worst restaurant...

I mean this when I say it and I’m not exaggerating unless you are drunk do not waste your time or money buying food from here there food is terrible pizza is a 2/10 I’ve literally had better pizza in elementary school at lunch, idk if they have a new chef new recipe or what but they are absolutely not a viable option for eats in Hartford buyer beware they used to be really good they should just shut down seems like they have no enthusiasm and I don’t see anyway this can get better it’s only gotten worse and worse I will never be eating here again in this...
