My wife and I went through the drive-through last night here at the Hartsville Location. Without really paying attention to the time, we did arrived with 5 minutes until they closed. We were greeted by the employee and asked for our order. I responded with "one moment, please" so I could look over the menu - (we don't have a BR near us.) Once I said this, the employee responded back "sir, you need to go ahead and order because we close at 9". I get that I showed up with 5 minutes left until closing (unintentionally), but I was still a paying customer supporting your business. On the flip side, there was still 5 minutes left of your business hours to serve customers before the store was officially closed. There was still plenty of time to fix one ice cream cone and a single scoop in a cup. I get that it's frustrating for customers to come in last minute, but great customer service doesn't make customers feel like are an unwanted or an inconvenience. They are still helping contribute to the success of your business. I am in customer service as well, and no matter the time on the door, I will always greet customers with a smile to earn...
