Big Daddy's Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Hartsville

I was very disappointed, I rushed from Clyde to uptown, when I pulled up to the door at 9:45pm, as I walked in a young guy was sitting behind the counter playing on his phone or something, and informed me they were closed! I ask for anything they had cook, ( because I am starving ) he said they cooked everything fresh. So I’m looking at a girl pulling one pizza out the oven, and one lady sitting in the chairs, and I would have taken a pepperoni pizza or 2. I’m sure a couple pizzas wouldn’t have taken 15 mins Mabey 20. So between the lady he turned down before me and myself there was like $50.00-100.00 just run off. So if first impressions are the lasting ones, and I’m hungry and angry. Just what we need another half a$$ pizza place around here. So if he does this every night that’s a weeks pay, and over a year would be much much more. All because they don’t wanna work over a few minutes. I guess due to the video or something, they changed their prices and went up on it. It is not worth the price increase. I understand inflation but there was none when you first opened during the inflation. It costs 10 dollars plus taxes and credit card fee to purchase the lunch special that was once $8.25 now it is over $10. Should have kept the price the same if you want customers/consumers to stick and stay and continue to purchase there. I don't know if it is that same girl in the video putting stuff in the owners head about raising the price to compensate for the loss that they received from the video. They are going to lose a lot more customers. I thought they would have gotten better. Keep the price affordable. The wings are simply bones no meat on it. I'm not sure what's going on there but I probably will not return unless they change the price back, let us choose a Gatorade or can soda, and maybe hire...

Just tried this pizza place for the first time today. What we liked. Nice crust, cheese and sauce. Toppings were fresh, almost to fresh with some of them. I'll elaborate on that on my negative stuff. Jalapenos, mushrooms, black olives, pepperoni, all excellent. Very reasonably priced for a large pizza. Order was ready very fast. Now for the negative.. #1 If it wasn't for No enthusiasm the young lady taking the order didn't have any. Seems to be a wide spread issue these days with any retail establishment.. #2 Negative comment on the pizza..The onions and green peppers were not cooked at all. That's ok by me on salad but never in my old as dirt life have I ever seen raw peppers and onions on a pizza..I'll give them...
