Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Hartsville

Jan 23 2022 I went to this location for dinner. I ordered three subs and the total was $47.43. I paid by debit card and the transaction was approved. The clerk told me it did not process and I had to pay again. I showed my online bank account and charge was there. Another employee joined our conversation and told me I was wrong again. Walked off saying I was a dumb a$$ white man.I paid again to get my food and left. Two charges of $47.43 were deducted from my bank account. I returned to Jersey Mikes again on Feb 9 2023 and presented the charges to them. Immediately started lying and saying that it wasn’t her. Two minutes later started telling lies about what happened(must have forgot she wasn’t there). The owner was going to call me to get this all worked out. Instead he started texting me asking me for proof. I sent proof and now he says it was a glitch in the system. Will get a refund in the next 10 days and did make one statement about the behavior of his employees or intent to correct this until provoked by me. Terrible customer service, mediocre product and less than par correction...

Food was not hot and the bread was hard on the ends on my sub. A “specialty ordered sandwich” should be just that, not a whatever you get on it sub! Over a $200 ORDER and 6 with no name or number on which sub it was, most condiments were missing and when the boss called to speak to the manager, the person who she spoke to was very disrespectful and wanted to be “DUH” (I’m Being nice) in everything else!!!
