My wife and I planned an evening at a local Hartwell Lake park with pizza after a terrible hard week wrapping-up end of the year work at a busy elementary school before summer. Ordered online. As we turned in to the store parking lot we noticed two Domino's employees out smoking. As I entered the store they came in through the side at the same time. I watched them put on their aprons and then proceed into the cooking area-never washing their hands. One seemed to be the shift manager. She asked if I was picking up an order and I told her yes and gave her my name. She then said she doesn't see the order. She then just walked away into the dough area and started giving instructions to another worker. The other unhand-washed employee stared handing out boxed pizzas to customers. I stood there and then it donged on me, neither her or the other Domino's associate ever washed their hands. I LEFT! I've worked in kitchens. Busy, busy kitchens. I took smoke breaks. I get it, but if I was the manager I would fire these people on the spot. You are not digging ditches or working at a slaughter house, you're making pizzas in an air conditioned building. How hard is it to run your hands under a sink faucet with a little soap? No excuse. My one and only time I will ever try and make Domino's a part of my...

Read moreWe have been ordering from our local Domino's for almost ten years now and have never had one problem. We order a lot of pizzas - especially at Halloween when we have my children's friends over. But on average we usually spend around $30 with them each time we order and we always tip the driver well. For a very long time our order has been the same two pizzas and we just ask the order taker to repeat the order. But this time we had a guest who only wanted pepperoni and sausage on her pizza so we ordered her one of her own. When the three pizzas arrived we had two of the pepperoni and sausage, and no supreme. When I called to correct the order the lady who answered the phone was very sassy with me and basically told me I was lying. All it would have taken would have been, "I'm sorry, we'll fix that for you." But instead I got insulted and she refused to fix the order. Finally, my husband got the general manager and she apologized and sent the correct pizza.. But that one person who obviously wasn't trained in customer service put a bad taste in our mouth so to speak. Our pizza orders will most certainly...
