This is the worst Subway in the country, it has to be. First, they don't answer their phone. The message that you get tells you they are busy and you need to order online but when you get there, the employee is texting on their phone. This has happened at different times of day and different days as well. If the store is empty, why not answer the phone, you look ridiculous to the customer coming in to pick up their now online order. This particular Subway also has a LOT of false advertising. They honor the Subway promotions on a day to day basis depending on how they feel when they wake up in the morning. That's awesome right?
They are a franchise so they're privately owned. When I expressed my disappointment, the employee told me that since they are privately owned, they can do whatever they want.
Excellent, so can I. There are several other options in the area, I'll be giving them a try from now on.
I guess if they can do what they want and are privately owned, they aren't regulated. Their food isn't regulated, their cleaning isn't regulated, their staff certainly isn't regulated so I would mind my health and eat somewhere that is trustworthy. Someone is dishing out a whole lot of hourly wages for these people to be texting their friends.

Read moreThe prices have gone out of control at Subway. The entire reason Subway became a successful chain sub shop was because you could get decent food for affordable prices.
Now, we all know the new Democrat/Bidenomics economy means lower quality food, in smaller packaging at DOUBLE the price but, Subway buys on a MASSIVE bulk scale so there's no reason for the $6 dollar increase for a lousy 6 inch sub.
D'Angelo's has the best quality subs, but they are expensive.. so why would Subway think they can charge the same prices for high-end dog food inside yoga mat bread ?
There's limited options for food in this area, so normally, I'd go easier on a restaurant in this situation but everyone would be better off grabbing a pre-made sub from the Stop & Shop or even Mobile gas station down the street.
The employees were fine, parking is limited, and bathrooms were sort of clean but not fully stocked.
Loud rap music was blaring, which made it harder to think about what to buy for lunch since their new menu is a jumbled mess.. even to someone like me with 20/10 vision.
Oh & did I mention I barely got any meat on my sandwich ?

Read moreOdien and Shanike have to be two of the nicest and hardworking food service employees on Cape Cod. They take real pride in their work and are always kind and courteous to customers. This is especially true during the summer months and peak season when there is a line out the door. Not always easy when you have a large group of beach goers all demanding custom made sandwiches. I’ve been stopping here for many years at lunch time to pick up a sandwich while on the road for my job. It’s to the point where without even asking they have my food ready for me before I even get to the counter. And it’s always delicious and well made. The bathrooms have to be the cleanest on the Cape. As a chain restaurant I’ve seen huge inconsistencies in many of the Subway restaurants. This one by far is the best I’ve ever seen. My hats go off to Odien and Shanike. It’s because of them this place runs so well. As a young couple they embody everything an ownership group should strive for in its best employees. Keep up...
