My iPhone 8plus was almost dead today, so I took a chance and went in to the Verizon store in E.Harwich, MA. It was a good thing I did. I was helped in choosing a new iPhone 16 pro by Chris( from Plymouth,MA store). He was so knowledgeable and helped me to get all of my data saved in my old phone onto my new one.As I am a techo-nerd ,he was very patient explaining the upgraded workings of my new phone in a manner that I could understand . I also got a fabulous deal in the phone! I’m thinking of getting an iPad , which I have never used before. After my purchase, I left Verizon to go to the grocery store. I tried using my new iPhone , but was having difficulty setting it up. I returned to Verizon , and Chris again helped me to navigate the ins & outs of finishing my set up. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the personal service which Chris provided along with his expertise in all things technology related. We were nervous going to a Verizon store so far from our home location. Hayley and Adam immediately put those fears to rest. They were extremely affable and professional and helped us solve issues with BOTH of our phones. Hayley helped me replace a degraded screen protector and advised me on a better screen protector. I chose to purchase it and Hayley put it on my phone seamlessly. Hayley also helped my wife with her upgrade and they SCOURED their inventory to find the one phone that fit my wife's criteria. Not once did Hayley or Adam say "I don't know" or "You'll have to go somewhere else." Additionally, they provided this level of service while absolutely slammed with customers coming in. If Management reads this, they should be aware that they have VERY talented staff in Adam and Hayley and do everything in their power to retain...
   Read moreThis Verizon store deserves a review. A week after I bought a new iPhone 12, I returned to the store with an issue a cracked protective shield . The store manger has no skills, rude and obnoxious. Upon seeing us, he shouted to my wife and I over 6 customers, asking if we needed help. So we had to reply loud enough what our issue was. The phone was opened that day. The store manager insinuated that it was our issue, he had nothing to do with it, they couldn't have done it. Why would someone who spent $1000 come in to complain about a $39 shield unless they felt it wasn't their fault. It's not the money, it's the audacity that he needs to air it loud and in public.
