before I left a review on this KFC I have been there three times every time the Customer Service was not good- you ask for a minute at the drive-through window and all I kept hearing is -are you done? Are you done? Are you done?- I’d ask the lady several times to give me a couple more minutes as we had more people in the car that work ordering.
The first time we went to this KFC we ordered a family chicken nugget box when we got them they were cold and chewy. The soda was water down and the food was raw.. The second time we went to KFC it was the same situation, but this time the customer So raw and rude I couldn’t even believe it.
So that leaves us with this last visit the same thing with the Customer Service at the drive-through window I had $100 bill. They were really rude about. It-I didn’t give them my card because I read the reviews. ultimately I gave her my card because they refuse to give me change for the hundred dollar bill I had-And I watched her with my card, so no information could be taken.
She kept rolling her eyes and smirking at me!!!!! There is no customer service at This KFC whatsoever and the food this time was not great. It was hard and cold.-With chunky mashed potatoes.
The funny thing is a manager was sitting right there, but she was sitting there like a lump and wasn’t helping I wad super excited about this KFC and I gave it multiple chances because I know how it is when you start something new -but never again will I go...
Read moreWent in there a few times and each one it was bad! Manager Steve is HORRIBLE. His wife also works there and they treat their employees like crap. I once saw a lady walk in and ask for her sons check and the managers wife yelled at her. The lady explained that they were with holding checks and it was illegal. That they had asked for automatic deposits which were never done either. The managers wife rolled her eyes and walked away. About 20 minutes later she came back with the check. I was dumping my tray and heard her using extremely vulgar language against the mom. Another time I went in and heard the manager Steve yelling at his younger staff and then making a comment ( i think he thought I couldn't hear) certain employees needing to learn the language or leave the country. My food was also subpar I was on both occasions missing something. Asking for my entire order seemed like a inconvenience to them. Another time I didn't get butter or sauce and the cashier told me to deal with it when I asked again I was swore at by a cashier with pink hair once. I would not recommend this...
Read moreThe younger workers in the back were NOT the problem. A manager was there in the back not in uniform barefoot with sandals most definitely working the register and the line- also licking his fingers without washing his hands. An employee was on his break with his feet on the chairs next to us. My boyfriend went up to get extra sauce for his sandwich that barely had any and the manager said you should ask for it next time. My boyfriend replied with the spicy chicken looks like it has much more sauce in the picture and then the manager replied with fast food pictures are always doctored. He then tried to do some damage control and grab our trays from us and ask how everything was. Bathrooms were also incredibly dirty. I’m in the food industry and I can make excuses for a lot of things but this experience was most definitely not one of those times. The food wasn’t good either.
