Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

Many years I have enjoyed Hattiesburg’s Baskin Robbins. While a malt drinker at heart occasionally I prefer hand dipped cones. Unfortunately over the past year or so I have noticed their ice cream has been very soft and melts faster than I can eat it . This evening my experience was not enjoyable at all . I waited patiently in a long line while one employee stood watching her co worker struggling to serve the large amount of customers on her own. I ordered a single dip on a sugar cone . When the young lady handed the ice cream cone to me it was half melted and dripping down the cone . The young lady politely ask if I wanted a cup and spoon for my melting ice cream cone , MyReply was I Ordered an Ice cream Cone not a cup of ice cream . Before I even made it to the door my hand was covered with ice cream . This was not the first time this has happened however it is the Last . Unless I want a Malt or Shake I will not order dipped ice cream form this Baskin Robbins agin . A Newly remodeled facility is nice but MELTED ice cream not...

I Like to stop by whenever we’re in town because it brings back so many memories of my childhood and I like taking my daughter and make memories. Today was the 3rd strike. The staff is as cold as the ice cream! Very unfriendly. I’m not asking you to speak but how rude of you to keep sitting there texting on your phone and not acknowledging the customers. I recently visited Baskin Robbins in Hattiesburg and, wow, it completely blew my expectations out of the water! The ice cream was hands down the best I've ever had, with so many flavors to choose from. The cherry on top? The service was amazing. There was this British kid working there who made our visit super special with his friendly attitude and great recommendations.
