I called this store to place an order over the phone for a pizza, but the lady on the phone said they don’t do over the phone orders and I would need to place it online. Since when? Anyway, I did it and drove over to pick it up. Online it said my order would be ready at 4:15. I make it around 4:11. Upon arrival, there was no one to greet me. The cashier, Selena, was talking to a group of people by the “gift” area, instead of a “Hey mam, I’ll be with you in one moment” she just looked and continued to doodle with some toy while talking to the other guests. When she finally walks over, I get a “Yes?” I let her know I’d ordered online and she says “Okay we won’t make it until you pay for it” Umm, that’s very much why I’m standing at your register with my wallet in my hand lady. While paying I asked her how long would it be before my order would be ready since she didn’t have the decency to tell me, and the first time she flat out ignored me. I asked again and her response was “what?” finally after my THIRD time asking she tells me about 8 mins. For this to be a place for “kids” your staff sucks at customer service! If you don’t want to work, just stay at home. I hate I spent my money at this location, but I will NEVER...
Read moreSo fun. So many awesome games for the little ones. My girls had a blast and our twins will have even more fun when we bring them. It was me and my girls night tonight. We had a blast. The pizza was ok for a kiddo place. But it was the cheapest we could get for the 3 of us. Then we each got 2 hrs of play time. Continuance play time for 30 dollars each. We was only able to pause once which should be 2 times of pause. I know some people have bladder issues but dont want to spend 5 min of their play time in the bathroom. Maybe unlimited pause time. So if yall just want to go for the play time, each card is 1 dollar, each wrist band is about 8 bucks, but you can always reuse the cards and bands, and then reload more time to your card. I have to say I love arcades and wish their was a tad better games to play, the coin pusher games only give one coin each swipe and when you knock more down you dont get those back. They dont really give a lot of tickets at any games. I played 1 game for about an hr and got about 550 tickets. I wish they would release more tickets to be honest. But the overall experience was awesome. Def recommend if you have nothing to do and some money to spend. 39 bucks for 2 hrs really...
Read moreMy experience at Chuck E. Cheese was nothing short of a nightmare. The moment I stepped foot inside, I was assaulted by an overwhelming cacophony of children's screams and ear-piercing arcade noises. The place was a breeding ground for chaos and disorder.
The so-called "entertainment" was nothing more than outdated and malfunctioning arcade games. It seemed like half of them were broken or had sticky buttons. The prize counter was a complete joke, offering cheap trinkets that were hardly worth the tickets we wasted hours collecting.
But the real horror show was the food. The pizza was a greasy mess, resembling a rubbery, tasteless slab of cardboard topped with questionable toppings. It was a crime against all things culinary. The sodas were flat, and the so-called "salad" bar was a sad display of wilted lettuce and slimy vegetables.
To make matters worse, the staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated. They were slow, inattentive, and downright rude. It felt like they couldn't care less about the customers or the sorry state of the establishment.
Save yourself the agony and stay far away from Chuck E. Cheese. It's a place where joy goes to die and taste buds...
