We took our students on a field trip and stopped by the food court to eat. Me and some of the students settled for PEI WEI Asian. After sitting down to eat, I picked up some orange chicken on my fork and a long piece of hair was wrapped around my orange chicken. Took the plate back and they fixed me another plate. Guess what? Hair was in that orange chicken as well. When I took my plate back the second time and asked for some of my money back (I didnât ask for the entire $18 back because I did eat the fried rice, half of the egg roll, and drank my tea), the guy had the nerve to try to tell me that the hair in the food was mines. Even though the hair was cooked in the breading and my hair was a totally different color and shorter than that strand of hair. He said the hair wasnât his because his hair is cut short, but I didnât see any of the workers in the back with hair nets on. I settled for a refund of $8 and left. I will never eat...

The broccoli was apparently bad. Just plain nasty. I took one bite of the rice and closed it up. I Took it back in and got my money back but paid for egg roll. Not a good experience.
