Me and my mother were shopping for easter shoes and we had both found multiple pairs in the clearance room, we tried to look them up on the app to see how much they were and it was showing up the wrong price or showing it was out of stock so we went up to the woman at the counter. We did not catch her name, however from the minute we walked up to her she had a terrible attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience to help us.My mom simply asked if she could help us see how much the shoes were. She proceeded to tell us to look it up on the app and when my mom tried to explain to her that it wasn’t showing up she grabbed a couple shoes out of my moms hand and used her phone to look up the price on her phone with the app, which was wrong. Another customer came up and needed to check out so we both moved to the side so the woman could check the person out. My mom proceeded to try to look up the price of the shoes on her own phone with the app and most of them like i stated before showed out of stock. my mom looked over and told me this quietly, the woman over hearing this started grabbing the shoes and scanning them on the computer and slamming them on the counter while rudely naming the prices of all of them.    Read moreOne of the worst places to shop I have ever encountered, online and in store: In store I was told that if I signed up for a credit card I would be sent a $10 gift card, not credit. I received a $10 credit good only if I used it with the card. . . Also, I was told I had a $10 coupon that was good for anything and could be added with other coupons / credits. Not the case. . . Coupon had many, many restrictions. I purchased an item online four days ago. I receive a notice that day that Belk had received my order. No information since. So, I called today. . . I was informed then that the item I ordered is out of stock and that the order will be automatically cancelled in two days or so. . . That, they could not cancel it because it was already placed and in the hands of the automated system. . .
