I visited the Hardy St. Little Ceasars in Hattiesburg this evening and I am confused on how they are still open. I come there about 8:30 after a long day. I requested the half and half pizza posted on the menu that stated it was 9 bucks. When I ordered Ricky (The General Manager) told me the price had gone up to 10 dollars. I countered and told him the menu should reflect the correct price always and asked if he would sell the pizza to me for the price it was listed on the menu. Ricky claimed that he couldn't do that. He said that he would lose his job over the dollar loss?! When I asked why hadn't he took the initiative to change the signage he replied that he "didn't have time" and that the new menu was "in the mail". After hearing a few other excuses he finally give it to me for 9 dollars. It was never about the money as I handed him a 20 and the extra dollar would not have sent me to the poor house, but moreso on the customer service I received. He was RUDE and he lacked basic skills any regular manager should have let alone a GM. As long as I live I will not make the mistake and go to another Little Ceasars. I would hate to run in to another Ricky who could care less about the appearance of the store the signs that are posted or the customers that spend hard earned money there. I'll take my chances...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo my shame, updated 02/09/23. I should have stayed away. Same people cooking there. . .One of the worst Little Caesars Pizzas I've ever, every had!! I've had pizza from this location many, many, many times and they have always been good. I have also had Little Caesars Pizza from the coast to Jackson and points in between. They've always been moist, tender and cooked just right. Not today on Hardy Street in Hattiesburg. It was dry and over cooked with the pepperoni being blistered and crispy in places. The only, and I mean the only place there was any sauce was in maybe a 1 inch ring around the outside. There was none, absolutely none in any other place on the pizza. I would also add that one of the male employees had parked their little silver car in the handicap parking space (I know as I said something about it. . . ) Update: I looked at the pizza today and refused it. . . Lady acted like she was going to get me another pizza. She went into the rear, cut up and boxed some pizzas then brought me the same one back!! The toppings were again lacking, esp., sauce. There were a couple of slices that were missing any toppings on about 40-50% and this area was simply dried out crust. Pepperoni was over cooked. . . Maybe I'll learn my lesson this time and stick with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn 11/24/2021 at approximately 9:25pm I pulled to the drive thru and ordered a 3 meat pizza and Italian cheesy bread. The male order taker instructed me to pull to pull to the window. I gave him the cash for my order and he gave me my change back. Then Alyssa came up to him and started talking, I could tell I was about to get lied to because of the way she seemed to make him uncomfortable. Alyssa came to the window and stated, there were no deep dish pans to make the Italian cheesy breadš. Then she stated they couldn't make the 3 meat pizza and that they had a pepperoni pizza ready. The guy was standing there and he put his head down. I was LIVIDš š¤. They close at 10pm, therefore I knew she was lying to me because she wanted to be lazy and not make the pizza. She definitely need...
