Well, I reckon I got somethin' mighty fine to tell y'all 'bout this place called Krystal. Now, this ain't just any ol' eatery; it's a spot where the grub's as good as a sunny day on the Mississippi.

First off, the moment you set foot in the door, it's like a warm welcome from a long-lost friend. The folks workin' there got smiles as wide as the river and hearts full of kindness. They sure know how to make a body feel right at home.

Now, let's jaw 'bout them vittles. Them little square burgers, they call 'em sliders, are a sight to behold. Packed with flavor as rich as a satchel of gold coins, and them onions steamed right in, give it a taste that'll have you hankerin' for more 'fore you even finished the first.

And if you got a hankerin' for somethin' other than burgers, well, they got you covered like a wagon with a tarp. From them crispy fries to the chili cheese pups, every bite's a journey to a happy belly. It's the kind of food that'll stick to your ribs and put a grin on your face, no matter the time of day.

The place is clean as a whistle, too. You could eat off the floors if you took a notion, though I reckon the tables are better suited for such. It's clear as day that they take pride in keepin' things tidy and shipshape.

And don't get me started on the pies – oh, them pies! Fried up to a golden brown, they're the perfect endin' to a feast. Sweet as a lullaby and just the right size for enjoyin' without feelin' like you overdid it.

This Krystal has turned into trash! I went through the drive thru last Monday, but I was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait due to them cooking meat at the time. I didn't quite understand, but I was understanding, and was optimistic about trying again another day.

Sooo a week passed... I decided to go to Krystal this evening after my daughter's big archery meet, and this polite gentleman was taking our order, but then a rude, uneducated lady got on the intercom and advised that they no longer have corn pups in the middle of us placing the order, so we had to revise the order. She kept repeating that they didn't have corn pups over and over again, and we kept insisting to hold on, since we had to make changes to the order.

Once we got that straightened out, we went back to what we originally had ordered to make sure it was a combo, but then she complained about how she had to delete the Krystal Sackful off and ring it up as a combo and having to drop fries. I was appalled, and requested to cancel the order and her response was that was fine.

Disappointing. Why complain about bringing in more money at your place of business? That's what keep the business open, and paychecks coming in, but I guess she was too unintelligent to realize that. I use to go to this Krystal all the time, but I will never go to this...

The front server/cashier was very nice and friendly. Even though there were several people in line and people waiting for their orders, she, along with two other ladies I could see, were constantly busy getting orders filled. They never stopped to look at cell phones or talk to other coworkers. Also, since I had 2 orders and 3 bags, she put each bag into a warmer bag/box while the rest of my order was being made! I've never seen this happen except for pizzas and delivery bag warmers, or whatever those things are called. Both my orders were correct the first time, and I didn't have to complain about anything. Not to say that it might not happen one day, but this time, everything was extremely Gucci!! Needless to say, I was very satisfied. I highly recommend this fast-food restaurant to anyone who likes mini burgers, or some people call them "white castles."
