I’m currently traveling from Louisiana to Pensacola with my three- and four-year-old daughters. As we were approaching Hattiesburg, I began feeling drowsy and decided to stop at this establishment due to its convenient location near the interstate. This was our first stop since leaving home, and naturally, my girls needed to use the restroom.
I asked the young woman working if my children could use the restroom. I was told no. I asked again, politely explaining that it was just for my small children—still no. My four-year-old stood there holding herself, clearly in distress, yet we were still denied access.

It’s okay to be human and show empathy. It’s okay to let a small child use the restroom, especially when the alternative is so unreasonable.
Honestly, I may have never returned to Tha’ Burg Nutrition simply because I’m traveling. But now, I definitely won’t. In our own businesses, we prioritize customer care and always strive to go the extra mile to help someone—even if it means bending a rule now and then. That’s just basic customer service.

I would never spend a dollar there again and I warn those that do makes sure you wash...
