Ordered pickup from this restaurant around 7:30ish. My order was two chicken and sausage pastas (name is generic for copyright) with two sprites. The movement I walked through the door, no greeting just stares. So me and my daughter walked to the to-go order and a employee (lady) leaning against the desk pretending not to see us. So I waited about 15 seconds until her eyes met mines and with a temper ask me what she could do for me. I told her I had a pick up order, first she leaned over the counter to try to read names instead of just walking around the desk then grabbed my bar by one handle and set it on the table, drinks soon after. This is where my fault lies as I didn't check the bag and left with my daughter. Got home and removed the styrofoam plates out of the bag, first one, garlic bread was missing, checked the second same thing. Now I really didn't care about the bread until I drunk the sprite. Both mines and my daughter tasted a mouth full of carbonation without any sprite taste. So I called and spoke with the manager Mike. He informs me that the sprite machine had been out since yesterday, well you know how it goes I could not let this go. So I requested another drink and the garlic bread (paid for). At first he seemed like it was all good and I would continue my night with four items messed up. Told him I was coming back which I did, but now my trust is broken because when I came back, half of your staff was giggling in the front like paying customers are nothing to this establishment. I received my new items but whoever I spoked didn't seem to acknowledge me when I called him Mike. So from today I will no longer be ordering from here and can not recommend at this time. Read more(this is a summary review as the whole review will not fit) We visit this Logan's every other week with our friends, mostly we ordered mixed drinks and appetizers. Our visit a few weeks ago 3 of use decided to order steaks, which we all ordered medium rare. One came well done, one came charred, and one came raw, still cold on the inside. We mentioned it to the wait staff and they took the steaks off the ticket and apologized, we simply did not order new steaks or meals and just sent them back. Not to be discouraged we visited again, yesterday 12/03. Same scenario, 3 of us ordered steaks, medium rare. All 3 arrived gray, with a tint of purple inside, and cold on the inside. We sent all 3 back to be made again, this time one came well done, and 2 ice cold on the inside. The well done stayed as the person decided to just eat it and let it be. We sent the other 2 back and the manager brought the new ones out this time explaining "I think these will be worse than the last but let's see", we cut these 2 open and they were even more raw, and even more cold, they even felt frozen on the inside. The manager apologized and stated she would handle the ticket. We waited and the waitress came back with a $130+ ticket still, only discounting $20. $20 for a 2.5h total wait, and 7 tries at steaks, with two of us going home still hungry. During this visit the table next to us had the same issues and simply walked out and got tired of the waiting. The first person I saw seating people told a couple it would be 2 more tables and then seated a part of 4 first, so they left, she didn’t say anything or try to help them much. They couldn’t find my online order. Offered to go ahead and place the order and cook it 15 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, I asked how long it would take, they said 20 minutes. Finally determined that an order came up “without a receipt” and got (most) of my food 20 minutes after my food was supposed to be ready, so it was cold when I got it. Was told they were “busy” so they were out of bread but I could wait 4 minutes for more. The experience thus far didn’t make for a hopeful outcome. I did not stick around to find out. There were some apples with my food and I confirmed they weren’t mine. She took the smaller bag out of my bag. My potato had no cheese, no toppings and if I had to guess were in the smaller bag. Because I didn’t double check the full bag before I left I didn’t know til I was back at the hotel. The steak was so tough I couldn’t cut it, let alone eat it. When traveling, I usually eat chains only because of the consistency if I’m in a hurry and not feeling adventurous. If I wanted to wait an hour for lukewarm food, I would have taken a chance on a local place.
